My expertise was so bad the service was not great because ordered on the add extra toppings and they never gave me extra toppings and I paid for that as well as asking for whip cream and other flavors they never make it right and it makes me mad because when the drink is made properly it’s actually really good. So please make sure your employees know how to read labels and do it correctly the first time!

I was there today 11/18 around 11am and the young man at the window I think he had a star or moon tattoo was very nice! He brightened my day and had great customer service. My drink was also very well made!

This establishment is full of flies. It is disgusting. There are flies crawling all over their menu screens, all around the lobby, and one even flew into my drink. I am concerned for those who were not as fortunate to catch the fly going into their drink, and ended up having to drink a fly-infested mess. It is concerning that the employees are standing around laughing rather than getting a dang fly swatter to kill these flies. I am sure that many drinks and food items have ended up with a fly in them at this point. Very disappointing.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location. These baristas are clearly all well trained it doesn’t matter what day or what time of day I go here my drink is always made perfectly. If my boyfriend brings me home a Starbucks drink I can tell immediately on first sip if he went to a different location because this one has never done me wrong!!! Plus they’re all so nice and you get a “good morning” almost every time you walk in. I recommend this location to everyone!

10/14 1:45 pm, ordered online a short pecan crunch latte, paid nearly $7 for 8oz. barista on bar was extremely slow moving, to the point that my 8oz drink was 5 minutes late than the time the app said it would be ready by. while waiting I wasn’t seeing any sort of drink like mine being made so I simply asked if they had my order. the response was hostile and frustrating as she just then started on my drink. mind you, it wasn’t busy, at all. on top of it, she didn’t even give me any of the pecan pieces they top it off with, so glad I paid $7 for 8oz and a shitty attitude from the barista.
This place would be nice and well, but the customer service from the staff is terrible. There are a couple of baristas in particular. One is a short lady with tattoos and piercings. She misunderstood my order then blamed me when I mentioned it was wrong. She takes the order as if she is upset and was very rude to my wife when my wife asked for a straw.

Referencing the newest review underneath mine, this man’s profile ONLY has one star reviews. Starbucks also has a new policy where baristas can not give out free water or ice cups, which is the reason behind them not giving the man who wrote a review the cup. This Starbucks has a very diverse crew, I doubt it was racism. This Starbucks is the only one I come to. I’ve come in the morning and evening, I have never once has a bad experience. Some baristas are more quiet than others, but that is absolutely not a problem to me. My drink is always made correctly, the staff is quick and always trying their best even if I notice they are short staffed. Shakopee Starbucks is the best!
