The last couple visits have been missing either creamer or flavor asked. Today I ordered dark roast coffee plain and the coffee looked like water.
I pulled up to the drive through and the employee shoved the card reader in my face and says in a defensive tone"are you going to tip?" Offended I said "no". Sulky employee pulled back inside and shouted no tip! The other employees all turned and glared.
Mind you, I hadn't even paid nor gotten my order of latte, sandwich and scones.
Another name for tip is gratuity. Gratitude for service over and above what the employee agreed to work for when they are hired. To ask for a tip before service is given is rude, gauche, and unforgivable.
I want to add that I wasn't secure in thinking my order was not tampered with. Considering the ultra unprofessional of the people.
This is the second time the tip payment has been shoved down my throat at this Starbucks in one month. Must be a new manager who is uneducated in running a business. In 5 years of patronizing this Starbucks I have never received such hellacious service.

Unfortunately my wife and I really enjoy Starbucks selections so we visit multiple times a week(embarrassed to say the actual number ?). The staff is wonderful, the drinks are wonderful, the service is wonderful, everything about this location is wonderful!

I love Starbucks as they are always so great at making sure orders are correct. I also love their flavors and the options to customize for different health plans. Also pretty good prices!

No food order just a large caffeine induced Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso during a 50% Friday while getting some computer work done. Plenty of power ports. Friendly staff and cool, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

They were very rude and kicked me out of the store. Because I had my dog which she is a Service Dog. And the Starbucks sign says that they welcome service dogs!???

Worst Starbucks location I’ve experienced. Consistently sends me burnt egg bites. My matcha latte tastes like a cup of warm milk (I cannot have milk, I ordered oat milk and they gave me pale, mint green milk) One of my lattes last week was so burnt there was slimy brown stuff rising to the top. Unfortunately, I am currently home bound due to the nature of my job and this is the closest location. Looks as though I’ll be a Caribou girl from here on out when over in this area. Grodyyyy. It’s not hard to be present and take 2 extra seconds of effort to ensure non burnt items and further - products that customers order specifically due to allergies.
This is THE best Starbucks! My drink always tastes exactly the same, no matter what time I visit. The employees are always friendly. Thank you?
We usually order DoorDash from this location with no concerns. I usually don’t reviews about places. Honestly, we are a little disappointed because we didn’t get what we paid for. The drinks are not filled up all the way. We work at a doctors office and we love coffee! Just feel a little ripped off since coffee isn’t cheap.
WORST employees ever!! Why am I feeling like a criminal and made to be the bad guy because they messed up and I talked to the manager on Thursday and they said well they didn’t write it down so I don’t know who you talked to and wouldn’t make it right! These employees need to do better! And she stated that she was a manager. This is not good customer service!
