Madi is the best! She has really turned this location around. It's clean, the staff are polite and the drinks are made just right. I stopped going to this location is the past but I will for sure be coming back now that it's in great hands.

My friend and I were here for our vacation and we were looking forward to getting our favorite drinks from Starbucks. When we got there, there were maybe 3 others ahead of us ordering. They must of known the employees because they were talking to each other and asking them questions about another individual they knew. My friend placed her order, then I did. I saw Izzy grab our cups with her fingers Inside of the cup to move them to make more room for the person behind me to place their order. While we were waiting I got my order then the 2 people got theirs before my friend got hers. She finally got hers after another 5 minutes.

Google says the drive-thru closes at 8pm, the signs posted say 8pm. Why is the door locked? I pulled up to the window at the drive-thru, honked and the person didn't even bother to acknowledge me. Change your hours if you don't really close at the posted time.

The first barista didn’t know how to make a flat white, she asked her coworker. Coworker said it’s just a white mocha (definitely not). If I have to tell you how to make a core menu item I don’t want you to make it. Just left and went to Caribou instead.

I asked for a medicine ball, barista told me she didn't know how to make it. I asked if someone else could tell her or if she could look it up. She just refused to look and said she didn't know how to make it.
I asked the baristas to surprise me with an iced caramel coffee and they did an amazing job, 4th time doing that at this location and it’s always amazing! The barista Claree was really nice and I loved the energy she gave!
