Whoever worked there around 5:50pm on Friday August 29th 2025 needs to be educated on customer service and be educated on how to handle her emotions because she seemed a bit unstable, mentally or emotionally. I’m in the drive through. I ordered 2 drinks, forgot to order another. I told the lady working that i wanted to add another drink. She raised here hands up, rolled her eyes and screamed “NO WAYYYYY!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!” Then she immediately started to be nice???... I’ve never seen that kind of reaction ANYWHERE from a service person in my life. I was honestly a bit scared and disturbed. I told her to forget about it and give me my 2 drinks that I already ordered and left. This reaction and behavior isn’t normal and can scare others away. I would ask the owners or managers to talk with this worker because it didn’t make sense.

Every single time I order a shaken espresso from this location it’s never shaken. Always just thrown together -and believe it or not there is a difference in taste. I don’t expect perfection but when people pay money for what they order they should get exactly that.

My friend and I just went to get coffee and from the moment we were greeted at the drive-thru it was a wonderful customer service experience from Barry N! He was nice and enthusiastic to take our orders and assist us. He even saw my friend shaking her caramel macchiato and told her a different way to order it so they would mix it for her! Barry needs a raise! Never change Barry!!

I came by at around 5:45am. Seems that the coffee spilled and they just placed an empty cup to cover it up. The coffee was warm not hot, food was the same way. My sandwich was broken and it even had a missing piece. Not a very good experience at this spot😑

The last 6 times I came to this location my drink was made wrong, and I believe it was the manager that remade my drink and only made it halfway full… I was never offered anything for the amount of times my drinks were wrong. The service and drinks here are horrible. They need new management.
Talk about slower than a snail. Waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes to place an order for one drink and then it takes about another 15 minutes to receive said drink. Not sure why it takes so long with 2 people in line.

Ordered one pink drink was the only one in line. Made me late to work. How does it take 30 minutes to make one drink? They don’t allow online orders so there’s no way they had a lot to make. Considering the fact the parking lot was empty and only me in the drive thru. Has happened 3X. Will not go back.

Horrible service. Got a decaf Americano that was mainly cream, when asked to be remade they poured a caffeinated Americano from the tap. HyVee and their associated Starbucks locations have really gone downhill, so much so that we drive further to shop at cub.

i asked for no ice and the lady smiled at me while putting ice into my cup, i think it’s a rip off to add ice because it takes up most of the drink, i want to get what i’m paying for.
