The last 6 times I came to this location my drink was made wrong, and I believe it was the manager that remade my drink and only made it halfway full… I was never offered anything for the amount of times my drinks were wrong. The service and drinks here are horrible. They need new management.

Talk about slower than a snail. Waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes to place an order for one drink and then it takes about another 15 minutes to receive said drink. Not sure why it takes so long with 2 people in line.

Ordered one pink drink was the only one in line. Made me late to work. How does it take 30 minutes to make one drink? They don’t allow online orders so there’s no way they had a lot to make. Considering the fact the parking lot was empty and only me in the drive thru. Has happened 3X. Will not go back.

Horrible service. Got a decaf Americano that was mainly cream, when asked to be remade they poured a caffeinated Americano from the tap. HyVee and their associated Starbucks locations have really gone downhill, so much so that we drive further to shop at cub.

i asked for no ice and the lady smiled at me while putting ice into my cup, i think it’s a rip off to add ice because it takes up most of the drink, i want to get what i’m paying for.
Why do I keep going back. This place is the worst. They charge you a tip on your credit card without asking so I had to start using only cash. Then they bully you into keeping the change. I’m happy to tip but these circumstances aren’t amenable to me. And the service? I waited 5 minutes at the drive through with zero other cars before someone even acknowledged I was there. Get it together, guys.

manager was really nice and helpful when explaining to me when me and my mom came in todayexcited to redeem my stars at this location soon, heard there will be pre ordering on their app too.was still able to gain stars with my gift card on my app
