Customer service there is terrible. We even ordered online to avoid being in line. 5 meals, asked for drink carriers and was told no, as he was looking at the broken down soda machine. Why wouldn't you tell me that prior to ordering...as in, you can only get bottles etc. Also, explaining the issie once there would've worked too. The two working just couldn't be bothered. We won't be back.

Service was horrible. There was two ladies working when I walked in to pick up my catering order. Neither of them greeted me, just looked at me and looked away. I can get past that but when I asked to order two salads in addition to the catering order, they both sighed. When ordering the salads I had to wait for the people I was ordering for to respond to me about toppings. The woman making my order noticeably did NOT like having to wait (even though there was no one else in there waiting to order). She accidentally messed up the meat on the salads. When I asked for chicken to just be on both of them the women blantally rolled her eyes. I told her the meats got switched so that's why I am asking for chicken on both. She just annoyingly sighed and turned around to get chicken. Didn't offer to remake the first one even after I just told her she made it incorrectly. She proceeded to angrily make the salad.

I am a very understanding person when it comes to the food industry as I was a server for 5 years but her behavior was inappropriate if you ask me. Extremely rude. Seems to me like those two women just don't like when people give them service. They lost a customer in me and after reading other reviews seems to me they need get some new employees in there that actually treat their paying customers kindly. A simple smile from either of them would have made my experience better.

Only one person working and was backed up. I really feel bad for the workers here because last time I came here and it's the same exact situation. It's not the worker's fault but it does fall on the franchise owner's shoulders. Won't be back.

Don’t bother coming here, I came in for lunch and stood there for 10 minutes while both workers behind the counter ignored me not even asking for my order. While waiting in line other customers left before me cause of slow service, but I sadly gave them a chance and waited. What a mistake that was! I ended up leaving (so did the guy behind me.) and never getting my food.

The bald guy with the short shorts stared at me and even went behind the counter, and when I called in to ask for his name, he refused to give it to me. And then the lady behind the counter that was working on an order that had come in did not acknowledge me when I came in…she Acknowledge me five minutes later… And then went back to making her order… Needless to say, I ended up leaving because of the horrible horrendous Customer Service… I do not recommend coming into the store. You will not get great customer service even if there’s zero people in the store.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at subway, lady was visually upset with me that I wanted just the meat toasted and slapped it all on one side, credit card reader was gone and said it was cash only after my sub was made. Grandpa joe looks really unprofessional walking around in basketball shorts with his shirt tucked, he didn’t cut my sub all the way through so I had to cut it myself.

When I went in to pick up my app order. It had been picked up by a DoorDasher looking for their customers order. When the man behind the counter we made my black forest breakfast sandwich he forgot to put black forest ham on it. When I went in to get a new sandwich the woman told me that she would just give me the ham so I can make it myself. And then tell me I was rude because I didn't want to accept that as a reasonable accommodation even though I had the whole second wrong sandwich with me. Calling a customer route is never appropriate when you're wearing a subway uniform and being a rude b**** yourself

My spouse and I ordered ahead for pick-up 2 of the protein bowls with the meal deal (chips and drink). It was like $48 total, and both our orders were wrong! Wrong meat, missing toppings, I ended up with his chipotle sause, and he had no sauce. This is not the first time our orders have been messed up, even in person they have gotten messed up. I am done going here.

Ordered online and none of the orders were right. Light sauce order was pouring out the sub. Most of the topping wernt there 6 veggies on order only 1 on sub.
All and all if you order here check you order before you leave as it's probably wrong. Nothing I have never seen a order correct form this location.
