I enjoy coming to this Subway. Kim is so friendly and joyful! She has a smile on her face every time I'm there no matter how busy she is an she always makes time to acknowledge me. She is the reason why I come to Subway.

i did not like my experience at this location at subway. first the the lady helping was an older lady and she did NOT wash her hands before helping me. she also did have a really strong odor of marijuana. she was also really rude as she was helping me. it kind of seemed like she was rushing me. overall the experience for me was terrible and i don’t see myself returning just because of that one individual who genuinely ruined the whole experience and also my mood

Me and my friend decided to go to subway at around 7pm because we wanted sub sandwiches and let me tell you the food even though it was great was the least fantastic part of the whole thing. We came in to an empty store and were kinda talking to each other and the worker on duty (who we later found out was the general manager by the name of Kim) came out and just radiated sunshine. She was kind, helpful, talkative, and plastered a smile on my face from the second she started the interaction and well past when I left. She might have been the single nicest food establishment employee that I have ever met and was absolutely phenomenal even though she was working all alone. She absolutely made my night better and went above and beyond to do so and I am genuinely thankful that she did. She was so compelling that after leaving to finish out sandwiches in Panara (because if the beautiful interior) we both arrived at the decision to go back, ask for her name, and thank her one more time.

Went in there at 12pm and service SUCKED waiting for an employee for over 2 minutes to even come out and check on us even though the door makes a noise when you walked in when someone finally came we were told all they had for bread was white and wheat available we wanted wraps and was told only had 1 because others were still frozen even though they've been open for 2hrs at this point wondering how this place can even be open when they can't even manage to be prepared for orders or greet customers timely needless to say we walked out not ordering anything I suggest no one goes to this place. Management and ownership need to get their employees trained better and get it figured out before I ever think about going in there again.

WORST of the Worst!
Trust me, that old lady, she serves expired veggies and this is worst subway in the USA and never ever go to this restaurant.

They just serve all the waste. They don’t have employees, they charge extra than other locations.

I wish I can give some negative review but the least is one. I don’t have time and money to sue subway. If not I would have done it.

King Of the Road

Better check your receipts at this Subway. They added a 3 percent charge to mine for the MN sick and safe time for there employees. Not only are they ripping you off on the sandwich they are charging the customer for their employees benefits. What a joke! Report them to the state if you see this!

Unsure of their names, at 1:30 on 07/22/24, there were only 2 young guys working. I want to recognize both of them for not only serving us good tasting food but also being friendly, polite, focused, and efficient. These guys were working just the 2 of them, which is absolutely rediculous if you ask me to expect only 2 people to run a restaurant. Anyways, they managed the line quickly, as well as at least 2 separate mobile orders, they created and acknowledged everyone, and seemed to be glad to be doing what they were doing. The restaurant appeared clean both on the customer side and in the customers line of sight behind the counter as well. Hopefully these 2 are recognized by management for this review because unfortunately customer service has went down hill and the short experience today was a refreshing change.

Food was great, I ate here for a full week while on a business trip. However, the man that took/made my order seemed very inconvenienced by my presence and didn't even attempt to be pleasant. He made a good sandwich though so whatever I guess.

That aside, the check out man was very sweet and polite.
