When you have people drive through the drive-through, give them a napkin. It’s ridiculous every time I’ve been there you don’t give out napkins and you need to.

Can’t even walk in and order anymore, they ignore you and focus on the drive-through and pick up orders. You literally have to place an order through the kiosk in the lobby. It’s easier for them but MORE difficult for the customer. What happened to customer service?

If I could have done a -10 I would have. We got 2 chicken cantina tacos box, steak burrito with a taco and 3 Dorito tacos. All the food was cold the tacos were broken in pieces and the quality of the food was very poor. Definitely not worth 35.00. Don’t think I will be back to this Taco Bell.

The Food was decent but the service was bad. The people at counter seem like fed of of thier jobs and least bothered what customers are saying. We ordered from the kiosk and weren't given the cups for the drinks. We had to wait 5-10 mins at counter as no one was there and everyone was in kitchen

This Taco Bell is always messing up orders and forgetting items. At this rate I’m probably owed like $50 from them for all the issues I’ve had.

I wish we hadn't gone inside. This place was dirty and gross. The floors were sticky. The containers that hold the sauces were disgustingly dirty. Pop machine was gross.
