Came to this taco jhons after work around 9:40 and my order was canceled when I got to the window. I ordered online around 9:20 I was told I’d get a refund and was still charged For a 15$ meal that I never even got.

I spent $10 on only two items. The potato olays were not good at ALL. Tastes like they took old ones and heated them up for a few seconds in the fryer. Not edible. The large burrito was better. Staff was friendly.

Food is always good. When I get no lettuce on my tacos they don't cut me short on meat and cheese. Other places do. Taco John's does great servings.

Poor customer service at the drive up thae guy there. Gave me 1 pack of hot sauce per taco when I asked for a big handful 1 And he also gave me the WRONG change. Too. Shorted me $20. Prob on purpose I figured

I ordered Uber Eats from this Taco Johns, spent $30 with tip and delivery, 50 minutes later I received the wrong order with no receipt or name attached to my items. Not even a single item was in it that I ordered. I then request a replacement/refund, I then order AGAIN my same order from this same location. I am then 40 minutes later given my order but missing a few items, and wrong sizes, and of course it was only MY side of the order that was missing, not my partners, so I had to suck it up. Was about to just drive there myself and ask for the needed items, but just didn’t wanna deal with this location anymore. 2 1/2+hours of my time, about $45 dollars in total and I got a drink and a cheese quesadilla….Will never ever ever come here again or trust anything to be ordered here. I am fuming.

I really love this taco John's but the food quality has been bleh lately. Today I got the fiesta tacos (#7) and the steak was so chewy and hard. I think I tossed like 4 pieces of steak because I couldn't chew it. And this wasn't just "sirloin" tough. Then I was munching on my oles and I was chewing one and hit something hard. Spit it out and it was a white rubber piece that was inside my ole. So....I don't know if y'all wanna reach out to the supplier but definitely shouldn't be serving no oles with rubber bits in them. It's about the size of a bean. I wish I could post a pic of the rubber piece. It was alarming....and now I'm not touching the rest 🤢

Bought 3 Hardshell tacos and potato oles...The meat in the Taco was so bland..no flavor at all. The potato oles were overdone. It had been months since I ate here, it will be months before I do again. That was not good
