My son ordered a prime rib, it had quite a bit of fat in it, along with the taste of the meat was a little off. Ive had better PR and highly suggest not ordering this, especially for $28. Mentioned it to manager and there response was, thats just the way it is. Clearly they dont know how to pick/prepare their meat
His salad wasn't freshly prepared, sitting in cold fridge all day made it soggy. Mac n cheese was less than desirable. Waitress was great.

This place was awesome!! We hadnt been to a texas roadhouse in years but decided to try it. Their online waitlist is great! The place was packed and the 4 of us still got seated in about 10 min on Friday evening. The food was amazing!! The only reason I put 4 stars for atmosphere is that it was very loud with the music and people, and half way through our meal they turned it up even louder; this made it very hard to talk together, otherwise a great night.

After calling the restaurant a hour before driving to them and even explaining that it was a special occassion to honor my son that had passed on that day two years prior, the manager turned my children and I away stating they were closing early due to the winter storm. Which is typically understandable but we called prior to driving 40 minutes to them, and the storm stopped which is why we decided to still go out.

Girl blonde youngish manager working 12/4 was unfortunately incompetent, unprofessional, and rude! I genuinely feel bad for the employees, clearly they’re mistreated. Food is mid as expected, nothing crazy.

Very nice place to eat, good atmosphere. Compared to other Texas Roadhouse locations we've been to out of state, it was okay. Food was inconsistent (fries cold, unseasoned/baked potato was tough and warm) and they kindly replaced the wrong cut steak they served. Would still recommend
My boyfriend and I had a nice lunch thanks to our nice waitress max he was very attentive and very friendly even had a quick chat keep it up!!

Horrible customer service. The hostess at the front (Sofia) was snotty, rude and abrasive. Tried to bring it to the manager's attention and the manager was the same way. We left. It's like they put the rudest people in a customer facing position. Unreal.

Music was so loud that waitress couldn’t hear, couldn’t talk to others with us. Complained to the Manager and she said the loud music was part of their “culture”—BALONEY!!! My steak was too salty and we will never go back. Our waitress was very good
