Nikki was AMAZING! One of my favorite bartenders ever and this was my first time at Turtles! She will make any mood feeling great! Highly recommend and will be coming back!!!

Stopped here on our way through town, it was definitely disappointing. The macaroni burger we ordered was bland and the fries were cold and stale. Also ordered the soup and salad, the clam chowder was bland with some of the clam pieces being overly chewy. Best part of the salad was the croutons. The French dressing is homemade and resembles a thick ketchup and taste is awful. It was not even pourable, tipped it upside down and nothing came out. Also, the patrons at the bar spoke loudly and used multiple profanities, so if you're concerned about the atmosphere with young children you might take that into consideration. Definitely the first and only time we will stop here.

I've had the pleasure of dining at Turtle's Bar and Grill in Shakopee a handful of times now, and each visit reinforces why it's a great spot. The food is consistently delicious, and I'm especially a fan of the pizza, burgers, and chicken strips. The chicken strips are a must-try, especially with their housemade honey mustard and ranch, they are absolutely fantastic.
The service has always been top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and I've always noticed how clean the tables are, which is a big plus.
The one dish that didn't quite hit for me were the nachos. While everything else I've tried has been great, the nachos just weren't on the same level.
Turtle's has a great selection of beers. I was happy to see some local favorites like Schells and Grain Belt on the menu. It's a great way to enjoy a classic Minnesota beer with some excellent food.

Observer was rude and yeah, I've never checked on us during our meal. But one time, right when our food came out, never refilled any of my drinks

My waitress's customer service sucked. Didn't check on us the whole meal but one time my drink was empty for most of my meal. And then when I brought it to someone's attention, that we were ready to go for 10 minutes to get our bill out, our server came over with an attitude. Don't go there if you want good service

It's been ages since I've been to Turtles but it was still so good. I wish the crust were just a bit crispier, but it's pretty damn good pizza. That was a personal size one and it was PLENTY.
