Was my first time there. I read the reviews, and I went to see if they were right. Well, I ordered a popular item on their happy hour menu & it was way overcooked. I asked for pinot noir, and he poured me pino grigio. The restaurant was lifeless and quiet. I wasn't impressed with the menu. Fried foods & boring. I don't think I'll ever be back. There was nothing that would satisfy my taste buds. A new menu might help bring in more customers.

****update 8/13/24 **** Here’s the Hy-Vee problem solving method. Respond on comments asking people to please reach out to their customer care email. If you waste your time emailing them you will be told that someone else from the store will contact you. Maybe that person will know somebody that gives a dam. ****************** I downloaded the Hy-Vee app as recommended by a Hy-Vee employee. I used it to place a prescription refill. I was able to select a date and time to pick up my order. The order was placed on Saturday, for a Monday pickup. I arrived at the designated time and was told that they could/would not fill the prescription. There was NO COMMUNICATION from Hy-Vee that they couldn't/wouldn't do what they said they would. So I wasted a lot of time and gas on something that could have been avoided with a simple email or phone call. This pharmacy has also given me other people's prescriptions in the past, as well as charged me for items that have a zero copay. If you have any other options to use other than this place, it would have to be a better choice and experience in my opinion.
So I walked into the restaurant and sit at the bar. My buddy already ordered food and a drink so he was all set. The bartender “Ricky” comes over after a couple minutes of me sitting there. He was wearing basically pajamas like he just got out of bed and walked into work with out a single care of his appearance. He asked me what do I want? I asked for a water and a menu. He then asks me if I wanted ice in my water. After about 5 minutes I finally get my water. I tell him what I want to eat. He puts it in. Then He goes to the back for like 5-7minutes while other people are needing things. He then finally comes back with my buddies food and asks him if he needs utensils and napkins to eat. My buddy said nicely yea, but who asks that question? He then helps a couple more people for like 5 minutes. Then he goes to the back for about 12 minutes while he was back there a dad and a son had to knock on the kitchen door to get him to come out and close him out. He told him to wait and goes to the back for another couple more minutes. The dad looked pissed. He comes out with my food and some one else’s food sets the food down with no utensils or napkins. Then finally closes out the dad and goes to the back again. Me and the other 2 guys needed silver wear and napkins to eat. We had to walk around the restaurant to locate silverware and napkins to eat. I ate my food and he finally appears again. We have our cards out for him to swipe em. Asked for the tab to close out it took him another 5 minutes to even bring us our tabs. He finally closes us out and my buddy needed a box. He asked for a box 3 times until he finally brought him one. Overall one of the worse experiences I have ever had. Ricky did not care about his appearance or paying attention to his guests. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Good food. Some of the very poorest service in town each time. Their phones haven’t worked for their restaurant or their drive up service. I told them and the gal just said “oh” and rolled her eyes. Many people came up to the desk to pay for their to-go items but there wasn’t anyone there for 15 minutes so they left. We go back because we appreciate the food but even a smile, a light apology or “thanks for your patience” could have lightened things.

Kid-friendliness: Very impressed with the service we received! Super kid friendly environment!
Our server went above and beyond to make sure our children had activities to keep them busy while we waited for our food!

Cameron is an amazing employee! I called in this morning because I had left a bag overnight I forgot to grab. Him and Laura’s (F) I believe were so great!! Nothing like being greeted with a smile and beyond helpful. Thank you for having a great morning staff!!!
My favorite food item BBQ bacon burger with fries. My favorite time is breakfast,breakfast cook is good,her food always looks picture worthy?
Kid-friendliness: There's always a tv on with kid shows,they have coloring sheets for them and certain events for kids as well.

The service desk did not seem to enjoy serving, especially people who don't often know what to order. This occurred before the afternoon, and there were barely any people, so there was no rush. (This happened often when I tried to visit.) The food took a while to make that we almost considered leaving, but we paid beforehand upon entry. The service ruined the whole meal. I recommend taking the extra time and mile just to drive the bloomington walhburgers instead for a better experience overall!

This place has really taken a nose dive they use to be great burgers and a nice place to sit down and eat now its run down and the burger was inedible. Extremely gresey undercooked and had an off taste.Tots were good thoughService was very friendly
