The other reviews are accurate. The food is mediocre at best, most of it was slightly cold and undercooked.We were here on a Sunday night, it was pretty empty and only one person working anywhere in front of house. After ordering meals I wanted to get an extra side, so I went back up to the register and waited in line. As soon as I was at the front, the cashier left without saying anything and never came back. He had to go in print tickets, serve drinks, and deliver food. After standing out there the whole time, I never got to order. Poorly organized.

The restaurant was empty and we waited over an hour for our food. We asked how much longer it would be and were told they were really busy.But like I said the place was empty. Not going back.

My food was really good. Jalapeño wontons. It was Sunday and the place had very few people for a bar during sports events. They had the sound on for a game that was only showing on one television. There is no wait staff and it is priced to high for being run like a fast food restaurant. I had a nice private place, was eating by myself so enjoyed the peace and quiet. if I could give a complete zero I would. my husband asked me to grab him a burger for a late lunch after shopping. Not in the mood for a burger, I ordered the Crispy Chicken BLT sandwich after asking the server if she would recommend it. I live 10 min from store. It was $12. When I got home and opened my salad, it was tiny and Completely drenched in a flavorless salad dressing, there was no bacon to speak of, the tomatoes were mush and worse of all, the chicken was so dried out that it was literally inedible. After a long day with nothing to eat I was looking forward to a refreshing salad. It was discusting. I tried to eat some of it and ended up throwing the entire salad away. Even my dog would not eat the chicken. Never again.... I have tried Wahlburgers now 3 times trying to give them a shot. Never again!

Wouldn’t come back here. Might as well drive a little farther for the real Wahlburgers at MOA(never had an issue there). Ordering and deciding at the front desk doesn’t make sense(front desk people don’t know the menu, they just get thrown in). Forgot to order a drink so had to get that separately. Biggest problems this visit were the menus online are completely diffident. We both ordered salads and screwed up both dressings, only got half the toppings as menu states. Doubt the cooks even have a menu to look at. Hy-vee does a terrible job with this.Parking: Grocery store parking lot

The ordering at that counter is stupid. People want to sit down. And then there’s no one working the bar if you want beer. I’m sitting at the bar right now needing two beers and I’ve been here for a while. I’m guessing the bartender is making food in the back. Hey Marky Mark, hire some freaking people to work in your restaurants so people don’t have to wait so long.

Food is good but the service is not good. People sitting on their phones ignoring any customer that wanted to order any food. There was no other customers in the restaurant, which meant it was slow but no excuse.Did not get any dressing with my take out salad either.Another employee wanted to order and got huffy I was ordering before her after I retrieved the employee from the bar. Have always enjoyed Wahlburgers but it is not been a good experience in the last 3 years.
The Burgers were Delicious!! Tator tots were just a tad too crispy...There were so many good looking options on the menu that I can't wait to go back and try some more!

Great food and sauces but overpriced. Never fully staffed. Had an issue and emailed manager to get him know. Promised to send a gift card and then never did with two follow up emails. Poor customer service. Maybe try another location.

Food took awhile to come out, and honestly, the burgers were bland with no flavor added salt and pepper but didn't help much, the onion rings/strings had burnt taste to them. First and last time here. Not impressed.
