I waited at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes. Food was cold, chicken nuggets hard and burger was old with too much mayo.

This location shorts you on fries, rarely have ever gotten an order where the fries were poking above the back. These pictures are from the last three years living near this Wendy's.

They also cannot consistently scan the app coupons, something also necessary with their insanely high fast food prices. Today they wouldn't even offer me the free fries that the coupon was for, not even minding the points that I'm not earning by being unable to scan.

No thanks, I did not pay and walked away with no food. See ya Wendy, you use to be great but y'all really just don't need business from us.

Rude Employees . Did not want to sell me some Buffolo sauce for dipping. I have never heard of this. Other Wendy's restaurants have given me buffalo sauce why does it only come on top of your nuggets this makes no sense.

Placed an order in the app. Pulled up, waited at speaker and no one answered. It took 3-5 minutes before anyone said anything. Not friendly at all. Food was cold, sofas not marked, both dark colored. Second time this location has not been impressed me.

Went to Wendy’s tonight and got a chicken sandwich meal. And they forgot my entire chicken sandwich then I tried to call and no one wanted to answer the phone when I called about 10 times don’t go here sat in line for at least 10 minutes before even being able to pay. Awful service.

I had a pick up order and fornsome reason the food was ready immediately after placing the order, when I called to try and stop the order so I had time to drive there nobody answered. Chalked it up to them being busy for the rush. Had to cancel and replace the order. Everything was mad fresh and tasted like Wendy's should. Only forgot one customized request on the burger that was ordered, nothing major. Overall good Wendy's to get lunch at.

Drop my car off at tires plus to get it worked on. I figured I'd stop over at Wendy's for lunch but at 2 PM on a Sunday afternoon they were closed. The lobby was closed. They were taking drive-through orders but they weren't taking any dining room people. I thought this was atrocious

Absolutely horrible service I was the only one in the drive thru lane no one in the lobby took me a half hour to receive the wrong order and when I tried to get it fixed I pretty much was told to kick rocks
