The staff at the Shakopee Wendy's is absolutely horrible. The last 3 times I've been there, all my food was cold. This time they gave me a single instead of a double, & all my food was cold AGAIN. It is very obvious that these people are not qualified to work there. & the management is horrible as well. Everyone who works at the Shakopee Wendy's should be fired immediately. I will not be going back until they hire a new staff. I'm tired of being ripped off by idiots who don't know how to do a simple job.

Ordered a taco salad, no sour cream. Received sour cream, but no salsa. Also got the smallest bag of chips(quarter filled and all broken). No chocolate frostys available. They forget something often, normally I check my food before leaving but I had just gotten off work and was in such a rush to get home I forgot. Too late for me to make the drive back, so I guess I'll just put some ranch on it and have a side of chili?

absolutely terrible service. through doordash AND when we order there in the drive thru. lady is always rude, impatient and they never get our order right. ordered a biggie bag and just got the drink? ordered bacon on a sandwich and we get a half piece that is soggy and basically raw. does this place NOT have management? like do we just not care about decency in customer service anymore? Horrible horrible horrible.
