Counter person seemed annoyed with me wanting to order directly from her. Had to use the restroom and the smell of urine was so strong it made me nauseous and then no toilet paper. Counter person forgot to give me the frosty I ordered and then questioned me like I wasn’t being honest when I went up to get it. Also no containers for ketchup. They were busy so I can forgive some of this but no excuse for rudeness and a disgusting bathroom.

I don’t usually have an issue with food but they’ve dropped off. They gave me a very undercooked borderline raw potato. If you don’t have potatoes ready I’m willing to get something else just tell me but they don’t communicate. Also dry tenders, rip.

Employees literally could not care less about you or your food. It's good at least, but I can't help but wince every time I come here for some food and no matter who it is I'm treated like I'm barely worth even looking at. Much different than how it is at Culvers or Panera.

Not a deal breaker, since the food itself is usually good. They'll mess up your coffee though. Don't get coffee.

Also their soda machine has a terrible chemical taste doesnt matter what drink you get it will taste awful.

Dirty floors, dirty tables. No one at the registers so I'm forced to use a self service station which can be fine but I had get the attention of two different people to get my drink. The first person just seemed confused by the question. Parking lot just covered in ice and snow even though it's been more than a few days since it snowed.

Worst location.The quality of food has gone completely down. fries are always overdone. sloppy put together sandwiches. completely horrible customer service. Also when you want a refund for the terrible food. They refuse a refund, even if the food is untouched or opened.

i’ve never tried wendy’s bf so i wanted to try something new and i had high hopes about this place i got the opposite the i had to get the manager help me order my meal and speak to the lady at the register i ordered a burger nuggets fries and drink i asked for only cheese, ketchup and mustard nothing else but i only got the burger and i got everything on the burger even tho i asked for 3 things on the burger so i got robbed of my money they need people at the register so it’s easy for people like me that don’t know spanish to order food

Waited at the drive thru for a very long time. The person taking our order couldn’t understand us. Eventually we pulled up to the window and they still couldn’t understand us. Ended up getting charged twice for the wrong thing

I visited this Wendy’s location and noticed that most of the staff spoke Spanish, with very little English. It made placing my order take longer than expected, and I had to use a translator. It might help if there was at least one staff member who could communicate fluently in English to assist customers.

This place it a hit or miss; depending on the team. I've seen the usuals and I know the food will be good. However, the last time I visited (with different workers), I wanted to try a new coffee they released but the workers said they have no idea how to make it. They tried to make it anyways and it was sour coffee. We ordered a hot potato and it was rock hard. The fries were old and cold. Not only that, they were behind two online orders, gave them frosty with no lids, missing food, etc... and it was not rush hour yet. We do not go to this Wendy's anymore.
