I visited this Wendy’s location and noticed that most of the staff spoke Spanish, with very little English. It made placing my order take longer than expected, and I had to use a translator. It might help if there was at least one staff member who could communicate fluently in English to assist customers.

I just want to let you guys know I've record ed a video of calling you guys four times in a row and yet not one time did you guys answer the phone that shows me that for one you guys don't bother paying attention to anything and two what kind of person comes in orders food or is a large fry and you guys don't even ask if he wants any ketchup or doesn't want any sauces instead you just throw it in the bag and give it to the customer you guys claim you guys want...

I had a pick up order and fornsome reason the food was ready immediately after placing the order, when I called to try and stop the order so I had time to drive there nobody answered. Chalked it up to them being busy for the rush. Had to cancel and replace the order. Everything was mad fresh and tasted like Wendy's should. Only forgot one customized request on the burger that was ordered, nothing major. Overall good Wendy's to get lunch at.
