Im giving this a five star so people can see this, this store needs to have locked doors in their lobby, and maybe someone to stay at the front perhaps a mid shift, when me and my boyfriend were there on October 19 around 6-7PM the place got robbed, two teenagers decided it would be funny to rob the place, sure they only stole the food but they can come back and steal more then just food. PLEASE IF THE MANAGER OR ANYTONE SEES THIS PLEASE LOOK AT THE ADVICE BEFORE YOUR STORE WILL LOOK BAD BECAUSE OF THE MANY TIMES YOU ARE GETTING ROBBED!!! Your food amazing tho but fries were cold

I tried to order online, it said my card was declined but they charged my card.
So i called, they answered the phone with “hi” nothing else. Wasn’t even sure i called the right number.
I explained the situation, asked if they received the order. All the employee said was “no”
I asked how do you know. You didn’t even ask for any of my information…. And they hung up on me… i tried to call back, which they just let the phone ring, and ring and ring. And then answered the phone and hung up without saying anything.. what kind of service is this?? I used to order wing stop every weekend.. and I’m actually so offended lmao

They don’t know how to clean grease off the take box. So much grease on the box when they put in the bag soak through the bag fast leaving a huge grease stain on my back seat of the car.

Overrated. We got 3 different flavors. Only 1 had any flavor. Had to go back to get fries that they forgot about. The wings are just meh. Nothing special and probably won’t go back. Overrated chain run by teenagers.

I ordered online within the open hours, my order was confirmed, when I got to the location the doors were locked and no one was in there or answering the phone. Apparently the only way to get a refund is when they are open so now I don’t have my food or the money I paid for the food.

I had a terrible experience at Wingstop today.
I placed my order at 4:45 PM and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. We arrived around 5:10 PM, expecting to pick it up on time. The place was jam-packed, and it was obvious that many customers were frustrated, they had been waiting nearly an hour.

Still hopeful, my husband went inside to wait for our food. Unfortunately, they were extremely behind, and we didn’t receive our order until 6:10 PM over an hour late.

When we got home, we realized they forgot to include our wings. My husband called the store. The first person who answered listened briefly and then hung up. He called again, and another employee answered. When my husband explained the situation, the employee told him we’d have to come back to get the missing food. We said that wasn’t possible and asked for a credit or some resolution. Instead of helping, the employee told my husband to “call the manager” because it wasn’t his fault. When my husband asked to speak to the manager directly, the employee refused and said we’d need to contact customer service, which would take seven days to resolve anything.

Not once did the employee apologize for the delay or for messing up our order. He was extremely rude and dismissive.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had.
I highly suggest saving yourself the frustration and avoiding this location.

Why isn’t anyone doing anything about the poor service and or 40 min waits?? The greasy over cooked fries every single time. I went there 4 times and the last one was it for me. They’re horrible. Worst location. Too much grease!!! Come on. Ruining the reputation of this place. Fries are soaked in grease.

This place is honestly ridiculous and their management/employees are a joke. Ordered online and waited over an hour for my food when the site and email says 21 minutes. The lobby was packed with people shoulder to shoulder because they don’t give out an order unless you get their attention and ask what’s going on. Then you watch three employees fumble around working but not working; touching food without gloves/not washing hands or leaning/sitting on the counter they prepare the food on the whole time while you’ve been sitting for 45+ mins. Then for the food to be cold and not even seasoned like what are they even doing here??? Please choose any other Wingstop than this one.

Quality, size and taste of wings is the most consistently the best we’ve had in a long time. Have purchased from Wingstop about a dozen times now and have enjoyed it each time.
