I ordered online within the open hours, my order was confirmed, when I got to the location the doors were locked and no one was in there or answering the phone. Apparently the only way to get a refund is when they are open so now I don’t have my food or the money I paid for the food.

I had a terrible experience at Wingstop today.
I placed my order at 4:45 PM and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. We arrived around 5:10 PM, expecting to pick it up on time. The place was jam-packed, and it was obvious that many customers were frustrated, they had been waiting nearly an hour.

Still hopeful, my husband went inside to wait for our food. Unfortunately, they were extremely behind, and we didn’t receive our order until 6:10 PM over an hour late.

When we got home, we realized they forgot to include our wings. My husband called the store. The first person who answered listened briefly and then hung up. He called again, and another employee answered. When my husband explained the situation, the employee told him we’d have to come back to get the missing food. We said that wasn’t possible and asked for a credit or some resolution. Instead of helping, the employee told my husband to “call the manager” because it wasn’t his fault. When my husband asked to speak to the manager directly, the employee refused and said we’d need to contact customer service, which would take seven days to resolve anything.

Not once did the employee apologize for the delay or for messing up our order. He was extremely rude and dismissive.

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had.
I highly suggest saving yourself the frustration and avoiding this location.

Why isn’t anyone doing anything about the poor service and or 40 min waits?? The greasy over cooked fries every single time. I went there 4 times and the last one was it for me. They’re horrible. Worst location. Too much grease!!! Come on. Ruining the reputation of this place. Fries are soaked in grease.

This place is honestly ridiculous and their management/employees are a joke. Ordered online and waited over an hour for my food when the site and email says 21 minutes. The lobby was packed with people shoulder to shoulder because they don’t give out an order unless you get their attention and ask what’s going on. Then you watch three employees fumble around working but not working; touching food without gloves/not washing hands or leaning/sitting on the counter they prepare the food on the whole time while you’ve been sitting for 45+ mins. Then for the food to be cold and not even seasoned like what are they even doing here??? Please choose any other Wingstop than this one.

Quality, size and taste of wings is the most consistently the best we’ve had in a long time. Have purchased from Wingstop about a dozen times now and have enjoyed it each time.

Ordered a large amount of wing for a get together. After waiting to pick up ( 1 hour) I was told the was no order. I did have the email confirmation. Did not get anything. After a plane call every day for over a week and 4 emails never received any follow up from the store or corporate to date . This was Super Bowl Sunday. Will not support this business

Might have been a bad time, but it's my first time trying it.
The wings tasted over fried, and like dirty oil, the fries were definitely over fried.
The mild buffalo sauce tastes almost sour. The bleu cheese had a sweet taste to it.
Overall, not a good experience.

the guy who took our order was just talking on his phone the whole time rushing us to order and got mad and confused when i said i didn’t want a drink to make it a combo. he also left out our ranch and to go stuff; there was a computer guy there working on one of the registers blocking the to go items so we figured maybe he would’ve put them in for us. the guy “helping” us seemed more worried about his conversation on the phone. we had to turn around twice to go back to grab the rest of our things and he sat there and argued with my sister over ranch instead of trying to resolve the problem. i know they dont get tips or paid to be nice or whatever but DAMN some people need more service skills.

Ordered boneless wings and the flavor was great! I went with Original Hot and Cajun (which is Original Hot sprinkled with Cajun seasoning). Staff was friendly and courteous and my food was ready in exactly 15 minutes, which was the estimated time when I placed the carry out order (This was a lunch order, about 12:20 on a Monday). Very pleased with this location and I will be back!
