This place is 100% hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Not just once or twice, probably 20 times.

Awful food poisoning here! Will not be returning. Sad because I love chipotle chicken bowls. Avocado was brown :( If they offer a BOGO again I won’t fall for it.

Dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Wasn’t busy at all, yet every table was dirty. Garbage overflowing.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering online. Guac and utensils were forgotten. I ordered a bowl and when I went to eat it at work I had nothing to eat it with and I wasted the extra money paying for guac. I had to beg my coworkers for a fork. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. The most diabolical bowl I’ve ever attempted to consume. - ended up only eating the chicken and was hungry at work :(

Food is usually decent. Last time I ordered I was scoffed at by the lady behind the counter for asking for beans after they neglected to ask me if I wanted any. Customer service could use some work here.

Bad service now. Just ordered a barbacoa bowl with little to no barbacoa. Very disappointed. Why can't you just give a fair amount of food?? Just asking. Been going here for the last 6 years and now they are the worst! Every time now, they give the smallest portion of food.

The lettuce was dirty with brown edges. Seemed like it was out of the fridge for at least 24 hours based on how wilted and dry it was too. You would think Chipotle might want to be more cautious with E Coli poisoning based on their lengthy history, but I guess not. The kitchen was full of trash too and the cashier had an attitude. These employees don't care about their customers' safety whatsoever.

Always check your mobile orders, there’s a good chance they messed it up. I really need to stop ordering from here

Worst Chipotle in the north metro, easily. Avoid at all costs. Employees are extremely rude and have even had one employee ask me "What?" Instead of greeting me and asking what I'd like. Beyond that, they always skimp on portions and the place is always a disaster zone. There are much better locations just a few miles away.
