Terrible Dairy Queen. Terrible customer service. Could not tell me what was in their blizzards. When I got to the window didn’t even greet me. As a prior Dairy Queen employee at a different location the presentation of their products is horrendous.

The service was terribly rude. There was a baby spider crawling in my food…. That’s so unprofessional yall are weird. And a lady got mad because my friend said “regular mellow yellow” because the fries size was regular. She didn’t mean to say that clearly she had a brain fart. Then the girl gonna get mad over her saying that…. Yall need to learn patience and kind customer service

This location has the best tasting original cheeseburger I’ve ever had from any DQ. If they are offering the 2-for-$5 deal, make sure you do that. So good!

I just sat in line for 25 mins and I guarantee my banana splits were made at least 15 mins before I pulled up to the window. Once at the window I saw the girl add fresh ice cream to top off the melted ice cream. They handed me soup with a little ice cream on top. I handed them back and told she to make them again. At least 3 young lady’s inside had to talk about it. We have been coming here for 15 years probably won’t return anytime soon.

The kid who made my banana split mocked me for how I ordered my ice cream will not be coming back due to lack of customer service at this place what a joke!

My daughter and I came in around 7 or 8pm on a Sunday night. We walked in and there was quite a line which was fine. The staff seemed pretty stressed out but they were working hard to ensure quality, quick service. We ordered 2 shakes and they came out surprisingly fast considering how busy they were. The shakes tasted great and I really commend the staff working that night on how diligent they were. A satisfying place for dessert indeed :)

What an absolute disaster this place is now. The senior staff clearly does not care. They hired their family who openly mock.customers and are incredibly rude, often not saying a single word to the customer. It's am embarrassment of what it used to be 20 years ago when I worked there during the summer. Let this business die.

Twice now I order blizzards through the drive through & when we go to enjoy it they are not mixed all the way. At least half if not 3/4 of it is solid white ice cream. I prefer it mixed all the way through
