I never ate bacon in my life. I don’t like it. I don’t touch it. I don’t eat it, but you guys ruined my dinner tonight because you added it to my burger, but I didn’t ask. I just asked for a regular cheeseburger. I think it was just a mistake, but I’m writing this review for you guys, hopefully not to do this again

If you want your order done wrong, come to this Five Guys. The food itself taste fine, but the service is terrible. They didn’t get my very simple order right and when I let them know respectfully, the dude just walked away. Mine you, he was a middle aged guy! Not like a teenager or something. Also, don’t have your machine prompt for a tip if you can’t even read on the ticket how to build a burger.

Not very good at using their time wisely. I ordered over the phone 15 mins before arriving to the store. When I got to the store, I ordered a second order at the counter. Quite a bit larger than the first order. Somehow the smaller online order, came out AFTER the bigger order that was placed later. The point to this was to eat the smaller call in order while I waited for the bigger order I placed at the counter. Small inconvenience I know. But if I make 2 orders, I expect them to come out in the order I made them in. And the manager couldn't explain why the bigger order that was placed later, came out so much faster than the first smaller order. I love five guys and usually have great experiences with them....but this sucked.
