We placed the order through the machine and we paid, we did not get any paper nor number so we asked. They told us that they did not get the order so we had to place a new order but we were not going to get any refund for the dirt order because on our bank account was showing āpendingā they said that this has happened before so I donāt understand why they donāt shout the machine but anyway (that happened yesterday) we āsaid itās ok we understandā and we placed a new order. Today I checked my bank account and (of course) the first order was charged so I drove 18 minutes (again) to tell them and showed them (I donāt understand why I have to show anybody my account) that I was charged for the first order. Then the manager (I assume) handed me a paper and a pen so I can write down my name and phone number for them to make the refund (which I donāt understand why, again) donāt get me wrong, I donāt think the staff is wrong but they must fix this issue ASAP I donāt have to give my information like this and I donāt how long is going to take for me to get my money back. This is so wrong and sorry but wonāt come back.

I never ate bacon in my life. I donāt like it. I donāt touch it. I donāt eat it, but you guys ruined my dinner tonight because you added it to my burger, but I didnāt ask. I just asked for a regular cheeseburger. I think it was just a mistake, but Iām writing this review for you guys, hopefully not to do this again
