What's not to love? The food is fresh, delicious, and made-to-order. The staff are warm & friendly, and quick at their work. The restaurant is always clean (save for some peanut shells!) and well kept. Whether you're feeding just yourself or the whole family, this Five Guys is a great choice!

I came in as a dasher and came to pickup 2 orders One of the cooks threw me total shade and the other cook has just got finished handing another customer her food and straight went back to cooking and not 1 even care to bother to serve me after I had to get his attention on what orders I'm picking up. After standing there for about over 5 minutes seeing people going and leaving with their order this staff was too busy fraternizing with one another and not one bother to let me know the status on both orders and I just left and canceled both orders won't be taking any deliveries nor I wouldn't even come their as a customer. They are totally rude and disrespectful it was fun being discriminated as a dasher knowing obviously they don't like dashers just saying.

This place is so slow and the management here are rude and not helpful at all. The manger that works during lunch has no ideas what customers service is. You walk in and the workers looking at you like why you here. What has become to being polite and customer service. It comes from the higher ups.
