Tonya is an absolute nightmare. She is a bartender and she is SO RUDE that happy hour doesn’t exist if she’s there. You better be nice to her. Her feelings are hurt easily so if you’re looking for a BARTENDER with a good vibe you’ll need to go elsewhere. She cannot take a joke, a look, or any feedback. I’ve never been a paying customer and had someone speak to me the way she did. Choose any other Mill or don’t go during the week. The ranch is phenomenal and all the other bartenders (Austin, Andrew, Olivia) are fun and appear to like their job. Steer clear when Tonya is near.

The food is always tasty! I had the burrito bowl this time, and it was delicious. While waiting, we were served bread that was absolutely amazing. Prices are reasonable, and I’ve been here several times — I’ll definitely be back!

We had salads and they were huge. I could not eat all that Cobb salad even though it was very tasty. Service here was great as always. Nice spot that is usually quieter than most. Great place to meet when you need to chat.

WARNING** Gross and disappointing. We have loved the Green Mill Restaurant in Roseville MN for years and we save our visits since we don't have a lot of $. The Roseville MN Green Mill is closed now so, for Valentine's Day we went to the Green Mill in Shoreview MN on 02/13/25. WHAT a mistake!! I found multiple hairs in one single bite of my deep dish pizza on my 2nd slice and had to return it AND was not even offered a new pizza or free dinner! After avoiding our table to many minutes, waitress just took the price of the pizza off the bill, again did not offer to make me a new pizza (although I would have declined due to fear of retaliation from the kitchen! **AND my husband, who simply had the Millhouse sandwich was up all night with the worst food poisoning he's ever had. ***What once was a very cool, supper yummy restaurant with friendly caring wait staff is now an ordinary hole in the wall restaurant that does not care about their customers and clearly hires a staff that does not care about the food they are preparing or the patrons. Go to the restaurant at your own risk!! Never again.

Ordered lunch for 11:30 delivery: was not delivered until 12:15. Was told by the manager the time is a delivery window. Then told he would refund part of our order. Still awaiting any type of refund. The delivery driver was very apologetic and respectful the manager however was not

Good food, but horrible services. Took over 30min wait for a party of three to be seated, but only to be seated in the bar area when it was open the whole time. It took over another 20 min to get drinks order. We felt ignored the whole time. We should of just left.

0 stars for these people.
After googling and debating we finally decide to go to Green Mill.
We check in and get brought to the patio.
As we did so, some managerial-type gal was yelling at the hosts about something. Super awkward. Customer service 101, don’t let the customers see your frustration and especially not your stupid quarrels.

So we get seated outside. No offering of water or anything. Then a “manager-type” who was socially awkward meandered over to say “uhh, um. uh, I hate to say this but our system is down, and we are closed. so, um. Sorry.”

What? 6:00 pm on a Saturday? I went out of my way for this. No alternative? No “can I get you a couple beers on the house?” No contingency plan? Poor leadership. Poor execution. Poor crisis management.

Ever see Sopranos, where Tony and Carmella bring the kids to Vesuvio during a storm and the restaurant had no power? Artie Bucco let the family in and made it an amazing night.
