Service was fantastic, ordered lettuce wraps for an appetizer which were very tasty. Main course was a pizza, the crust was perfect with a nice combination for toppings.

Drinks were great- food okay/ BAD service. Brussel sprouts were soggy and COVERED in peanuts. waitress didn’t come to check on our food. she seemed annoyed to even be at a table. I tried to re order a drink and took awhile to get attention of staff. Wanted better. Or at least to feel like a had a server who liked her job. We went for a quick bite and were there 2 hours because we were constantly waiting for server to come back- ON A MONDAY- not busy and seeing the serving staff in a hudle gossiping while you’re annoyed at the table is not ideal. Also NOT kid friendly menu.

Upscale environment on the main level of new apartment buildings. Parking is inside or behind the apartments, with the center rows reserved for Oliver's. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came out quick. I didn't love the seasoning sprinkled on top but otherwise thought the pizza was good. Depending on your seats, you can watch your pizza being cooked. Service was great. Prices are in line with the atmosphere.

Okay, truth be told, this is the location to go to for atmosphere. The high ceiling, large wrap around bar and to-go station give the place lively energy in a warm setting. Burgers, lettuce wrap, bowls, breakfast - ALL good. And the service has always been very friendly and attentive. One afternoon there was just the bartender taking orders from the dining area where we sat and he did it all - with a smile. I've been here many times now and will keep going back.

My first visit here and I was very impressed! Warm & unique atmosphere, sort of industrial with lots of exposed rock, art and metal. Very clean too.Food was excellent as well! I enjoyed their take on the hash browns (bottom of the plate pictured) bacon was perfectly done and sourdough toast was very good. Coffee was 9.5/10Service was spot on. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great acknowledgement from other staff as we’d pass by, greeted with a smile and hello. We were checked up on several times, drinks kept full and very polite.I highly recommend! Thank you!Parking: You must turn to go through / under the apartment building entrance directly across the street from the gas station.Parking is in the middle two try rows of the lot only and was clearly marked.

My wife and I attempted to dine at Oliver's for dinner on Friday. We were seated promptly by the hostess, who provided us with menus. That is when the service ended. We sat for over 20 minutes without anyone from the wait staff even acknowledging we were there. Staffing looked adequate, with multiple servers all around. After another 5 minutes of the same, we got up and left. I'm giving 2 stars because the food on other patrons tables did look delicious, and it had a decent atmosphere. I will give them another try after the bad taste this left us with wears off.

I liked this location better than the Blaine location. I think it's more open and airy but to Blaine's credit it was February when I visited there.Everyone liked their food I had the biscuits and gravy. I will be back2-18-24 We came back today to the Shoreview location. Sidney was our waitress, what a fantastic job she did. My wife has a dairy allergy and she made sure everything was made correctly. Food was really good by the way I had the blueberry pancakes and my wife had the lobster roll. Again Sydney thank you for your service.

I've been to Oliver's a dozen times (at least) and have seen a consistent decline in their food quality and portions. This evening I'd have to say I was more disappointed than anything else. I left feeling worse than I came in, and even tried to share my experience with the Manager. Please empower your staff.Between my wife and I and another couple, we frequent Oliver's. It's convenient for us, the cocktails are spot on, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere welcoming and the food is pretty darn good as well. This evening, my buddy and I were meeting for a drink and some food (yes, on Valentine's Day) -- we had a lot to catch up on. We ordered our typical first round of Old Fashioned's and then I ordered steak tacos ($16 for 3).When our waitress put the tacos down my first thought was, "is this a joke?" I chuckled. Pictures included. When I gave the waitress a, "is this for real?" look she indicated the kitchen was going for an "authentic street taco". I've had authentic street tacos before and they're PACKED full of protein. After wrapping my first taco into a mini burrito and eating it, I asked for the manager because I wanted them to see what I was seeing to see if they had a similar reaction. My first was to get on here and give a poor review right then and there, BUT I thought to myself -- "you know, that's not fair. Don't be passive aggressive. Give the manager the feedback immediately so they can do something about it."I waited for 5 minutes for the Manager to make her way over to me and I explained that I frequent Oliver's, like their food, want them to succeed as a restaurant, didn't want to just write a poor Google review, and wanted to share with her (and show) her my firsthand experience. She wasn't defensive and shared that she'd provide my feedback in a meeting with the chef tomorrow, and would be happy to comp me a dessert. I declined the dessert because I don't really like dessert, and she thanked me for my feedback and left.I then consumed the remaining two tacos and was still hungry so ordered a burger and it was fine. I ate half and boxed up the rest.Full bill at $104 for two people, nothing taken off and I left disappointed, so I'm writing the review I didn't want to write.I am also the type of person that would have come home and written a review for Oliver's and given them 5 stars if the waitress would have immediately picked them up and come back with some additional steak, OR if the Manager has comp'd something off the bill --- anything in place of me declining a dessert. I would have felt like a valued customer. My buddy and I walked out and decided not to come back to our usual spot next time for dinner and are going to try out Baldamar, where the service continues to be amazing each and every time we go.
