Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

So sad. Order an extra sauce & didn’t get it! It may be only $0.40 but I couldn’t finish my food cause I ran out of sauce and had to go back to work with half eaten food. Called them and they told me to go back for the sauce. But I’m already at work and don’t have time on my break to go back for it. An addition, I’m also pregnant so it ruins my meal/day. 😭

Had never stopped at a raising Canes before. I had no expectations walking in but needed some road fuel for the drive home from a vacation. The guy at the counter was super friendly! I got “The Box” 4 chicken strips, coleslaw, toast, and fries. All of it was good! It felt like real chicken, not processed strips., the toast was awesome, I have an affinity for toast if done well, it was like a slice of pull apart bread toasted if you know what that is. The coleslaw was better than most but not as flavorful or crunchy as a KFC which is where the bar is set for coleslaw for me. The fries were good, a bit underdone for me but still had a little crunch on the outside. All in all I would go back next time I see one!

Why is it so hard to get an order right? Especially after repeating it back more than once? As usual, missing an extra item I paid for, got something I didn't want. Food is good. Used to go more often but can't rely on accuracy.

They shorted me on my finger basket but the front lady was quick to get me a 4th finger. I wish they had more sauce options like a honey BBQ and it's annoying that if you get an Arnold palmer (1/2 lemonade) that they try to charge you for a refill. What's so special about the lemonade that it has to be guarded behind rhe counter?

the only thing thats made me keep going is because i was obsessed with the chicken. however the service is like going through world war 2 everytime. I always see this ONE worker, and get the absolute worst service ever, my order is always missing an item, the wait is 20+ mins (and the people who order behind me consistently get their orders before mine) i just dont know what to do anymore, ive been a loyal customer for OVER a year every single week but these last few months have made me beyond disapointed... im so mad i could jump off a cliff right now, raising canes if you see this please contact me because im pissed off

But the prices have gone up by about 50%, far out pacing inflation. And the chicken strips and portions of fries seem smaller.
