Drive through is the slowest drive through I’ve ever had the displeasure of sitting in.
Can't rate on value, and don't get me wrong the food is still great, but the value doesn't seem to be there anymore. And why am I waiting? You make three things. How can you be surprised that I got chicken, fries, and toast?

First time ever eating here and I can honestly say I really don’t get the hype. Nashville Coop is way better.

Online ordering is still so bad. You can't check out as a guest and it won't let your phone use auto entry to post CC information. The app and online ordering have been bad for a long time and it isn't changing.

Been coming here for years and the service is always impeccable. The staff are super friendly and I’ve never had to wait long for the food.
My complaint though is that the chicken tenders have significantly shrunk over the years and are now at least half their original size. Shame when companies shrink their portions to save money.
