So sad. Order an extra sauce & didn’t get it! It may be only $0.40 but I couldn’t finish my food cause I ran out of sauce and had to go back to work with half eaten food. Called them and they told me to go back for the sauce. But I’m already at work and don’t have time on my break to go back for it. An addition, I’m also pregnant so it ruins my meal/day. 😭
Had never stopped at a raising Canes before. I had no expectations walking in but needed some road fuel for the drive home from a vacation. The guy at the counter was super friendly! I got “The Box” 4 chicken strips, coleslaw, toast, and fries. All of it was good! It felt like real chicken, not processed strips., the toast was awesome, I have an affinity for toast if done well, it was like a slice of pull apart bread toasted if you know what that is. Why is it so hard to get an order right? Especially after repeating it back more than once? As usual, missing an extra item I paid for, got something I didn't want. Food is good. Used to go more often but can't rely on accuracy.
