Every time I have been to this location, they mess something up. They have forgot my dipper sauce each time and have made sandwiches without the ingredients we requested for an online order

Ingredients (protein,veggies etc) are always on the lower side. Sandwich feels like empty bread.

We will not be returning to this Subway even though it is the most convenient. The girl behind the counter was wearing a tub top outfit, which is completely unsanitary, leaning over your food with her armpits. She had no hat or visor on. The bathrooms were nasty. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. The health inspector needs to come check this location out.
Today I went into a Subway. 2 ladies were inside working.
1 lady was stocking the cooler on her phone, other lady was printing up orders?? Im guessing and was being ignored for a bit. Then I started to be helped.
I ordered a tuna sub on italian herb and cheese, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, extra onion, jalapenos, mayo, sweet onion sauce.. i dont like it toasted… Spicy and sweet tuna sub yummy!!
Wasnt given any napkins and by the pop machine no napkins..
Again staff who was doing the cooler was and is still on her phone complaining someone and cleaning and its on speaker this time. Not appropriate their are customers and a review critic sitting and eating..
I meant to put this under this shore view subway it accidently went under 1740 lexington. But it is the sub way near kick boxing place in the shoreview mallish area.
So a Sassy Girlz Review Critic is doing another review. I wasnt planning on doing a review today but since the customer service I received in the beginning I figured why not.

Yes, they’re understaffed. Yes, they’re underpaid. Yes, they may be a bit slow sometimes and don’t have proper training. Though I do appreciate their effort even despite going through all of this. It’s not the workers’ fault for not being properly trained, it’s most likely the manager or area manager. If I were in the same situation, I would feel and express myself exactly how they do it too. It isn’t the best subway, but at least they’re trying. I pray that one day a better manager comes through and gets paid enough to care about the store. I also appreciate the smiling faces I see there despite what they’re going through. Hopefully this subway comes up in better shape and some people can have some more grace and patience with the workers :)

This place was great years ago. But it’s horrible now. They are always out of meats and or veggies. You walk in and they are making mobile orders and you stand there without being acknowledged for 5-10 mins. Then I just finally leave. Not worth the time to stop here anymore.

The bathroom is nasty!!!!!! Poop stains in the toilet!! No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands! good thing I brought my sanitizer

This place used to be great but has gone down significantly since covid. I almost always order online , and it's a rare occasion that my sandwich is ready when it's supposed to be or correct. They're almost always understaffed in the evening at dinner time, and those that are there are normally not well trained or don't care which tells me either the manager no longer cares to train their staff, or they aren't willing to pay them a decent wage to care about working there. I can't visit this location even though it's 3 minutes from work directly on my way home. I now drive out of my way to another location. So sad.

Went in there yesterday, I watched the employee touch his hair then quickly washed his hands, he did put on gloves but after he got 2 of the subs ready he got to mine, he grabbed the bread started to cut it then reached up scratched his neck then touched my sub. I told him I wanted him to wash his hands and change his gloves, and he said I will only change his glove. Then proceed to say we'll there is germs everywhere. He wasn't going to grab a new bread until I asked him too.
