I was behind the lady complaining about her online order being 30 minutes late, TC something???? Truth is, it's all a lie. The poor sandwich lady had a huge line and was doing her very best. That lady cut the entire line and demanded her sandwiches to be made first. This location is known for its great regulars. I'm sorry the employee had to put up with this bad customer. I will definitely return over and over. That lady seems to leave only bad reviews according to her account.

Zero star if I could. Happened yesterday. I ordered online, went to pick up at the time given but my two footlong sandwiches weren't ready. There was one female staff helping 4 customers that were already in line before I got there. The staff told me she had not started any online orders yet which was okay since she was helping people that were there before me. Then a group of people flocked in to order. She just kept helping them that just got in. By this time I waited for about 10 minutes so I asked when would she work on my order, and the response was she had to take care of the customers that were in line first! Are you kidding me? I tried to reason with her but it turned into yelling about how that was the policy or how that was the way things worked. More and more people were coming in at this point, I asked if she could cancel my order and refund me. She said it would take even longer to do that and just ignored me. A nice lady let me get in front of her in line and that staff just made my sandwiches grudgingly and then SLAMMED my sandwiches on the counter after they were bagged!! I grabbed my the bag and she started yelling at me, of course I yelled back. I am no saint. The result was squished and disgusting sandwiches!! It took more than 30 minutes to get an online order with super poor service, staff that yelled at paying customers! Don't go there!!!

I went here on 11/12/25 and there seemed to be a problem at the cash counter register and it took the worker forever to ring me up. When I checked my bank account the next day, a debit to 7 Eleven showed up instead of Subway.

We will not be returning to this Subway even though it is the most convenient. The girl behind the counter was wearing a tub top outfit, which is completely unsanitary, leaning over your food with her armpits. She had no hat or visor on. The bathrooms were nasty. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. The health inspector needs to come check this location out.

Today I went into a Subway. 2 ladies were inside working. 1 lady was stocking the cooler on her phone, other lady was printing up orders?? Im guessing and was being ignored for a bit. Then I started to be helped.
I ordered a tuna sub on italian herb and cheese, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, extra onion, jalapenos, mayo, sweet onion sauce.. i dont like it toasted… Spicy and sweet tuna sub yummy!!
Wasnt given any napkins and by the pop machine no napkins..
Again staff who was doing the cooler was and is still on her phone complaining someone and cleaning and its on speaker this time. Not appropriate their are customers and a review critic sitting and eating..
I meant to put this under this shore view subway it accidently went under 1740 lexington. But it is the sub way near kick boxing place in the shoreview mallish area.
