Yes, they’re understaffed. Yes, they’re underpaid. Yes, they may be a bit slow sometimes and don’t have proper training. Though I do appreciate their effort even despite going through all of this. It’s not the workers’ fault for not being properly trained, it’s most likely the manager or area manager. If I were in the same situation, I would feel and express myself exactly how they do it too. It isn’t the best subway, but at least they’re trying. I pray that one...
It's rare to find a friendly face these days, and the man helping us out was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were getting the best deal. I wish I could remember his name, but I think it was a Hispanic sounding name.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was wheelchair parking with ramp access. Two sets of doors to get inside that were not wheelchair accessible to the best of my memory.
I enjoy the new Italian themed options on the menu. I would go more, but the price has more than doubled in the last few years, which drops its value.

Parking: About 10 spots

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a couple handicap spots and the standard sidewalk ramp with wide walkways.
