Best healthy shake go-to!! Delicious shakes and teas and Sabrina is the best! I have a dairy allergy and have had troubles finding protein shakes that I can tolerate, but I've never had an issue with the non dairy Select (rice, pea, quinoa blend) shakes here and Sabrina is always so helpful in offering addition flavor suggestions when I want to mix up my usual while still keeping with the non dairy Select base. I love it so much my husband and I now order the protein on a monthly basis through Sabrina!

Absolutely love the nutrition spot and Sabrina(owner)!! Our kids refer to it as the shake shop and always ask for a "blue tea". It's my go to for a quick breakfast or lunch. I've been going here for a couple years now, but I remember after my first order Sabrina already had it memorized what I liked the next time I came in!

The service was excellent, very kind and passionate people. Unfortunately, the nutrition does not line up with the unprocessed, whole food values of our family. We were disappointed to learn they only served Herbalife shakes. A missed potential for something truly nutritional.
