My partner and I ordered online. We obviously ordered and paid through the app. When we arrived, were told the computer hadn’t synced yet and we’d need to come back a bit later. When we returned 15 minutes later, they’d given our order away… because when the customer was asked, “are you so-and-so?” They said yes, were handed our order. Staff member refused to refund, refused to give the food, and wouldn’t apologize. Pretty shameful.

I ordered online through my app. Pulled up to the window and was asked to pull up. I waited got my food and checked to see if everything was there. We were good, then brought it home. The food was sloppy, fries were cold, my wife and I cut a burger in half took 1 bite and spit it out. The chicken nuggets made my stomach sick. Will never go back to this location again.

drive thru order for a $7 meal. requested no ketchup on the burger, received a cold burger slathered in ketchup which was thrown away + 12 packets (dozen) of ketchup in the bag for a single meal. did not receive my nugget sauce. 3rd time there and they have screwed up every order!
This place never fails to get our order right despite lots of picky people ordering things specially. I don't even check our bag anymore. The employees are always super friendly, too. If they have a bad day, you certainly can't tell. Hats off to the whole crew!

I went in just to use the bathroom. There was no lock on the door. My husband got the finger in the parking lot just for existing. I don't think this is a good neighborhood. I appreciate the relatively clean restroom but why isn't there a latch on the stall?
