Unfortunately the quality of their drinks has gone down drastically. My Nitro cold brew tastes like warm water with cream in it, I’m not sure if they changed the recipe, but it tastes AWFUL and I’ve tried over the course of two months, thinking maybe it was a bad batch here and there but it’s been that way for a long time now.

They really need to work on their recipe for their Nitros.

The baristas themselves are amazing. Great attitudes, however, the service is horrible because of the management. The system! This store has been out of sleeves for weeks and before that it was coconut milk, before that strawberries. When asked the question, the answer is that they are way under staffed. This Starbucks is by the high school. It should be the fastest Starbucks and most stocked in town with how busy it gets. I was there at 7:01 and I didn’t pull out with my drink until 7:28. This was with only three cars ahead of me, and we sat there and sat…. When I left the line was out to the street. I ordered an americano, which is hot and yet again no sleeves. Double cup is a thing americano drinkers like to do in addition to the sleeve. It is just too hot to hold. When I asked for another cup it ended up on the street because the hand off didn’t go well. Bautista is too busy and frazzled. It still is not the baristas fault though. They maintain a great attitude. Whoever owns this store/manages it, it is speaking volumes to everyone around when the store is slow due to being understaffed, and it doesn't have the materials you are supposed to receive when purchasing a Starbucks drink.

I am from outta town and stopped to come and purchase 4 drinks and lady was pulling out the garage and literally yelled it is drive up only. And she was very rude and snobby. Will not be back.

Went to this Starbucks with a large order for my work during peak time this morning. Aliana who took my order and made it was so sweet and had such an amazing attitude! Love it here! Will be returning for future trips :)

Was in to get a quick coffee, girl that took my order was so rude and didn’t even bother asking me what size I wanted she just put one in, and didn’t ask my name so I didn’t know when mine was done. Very disappointed won’t be back.
