When I do come here the drinks don’t taste high quality, and now when I come back on a random Sunday at 1 pm , they’re “temporary closed” with only a tiny sign on the door saying this. This is one of the worst locations.

They have screwed my drink up the last five times I’ve gone there. I have ordered a Venti and they’re always handing me a grande and I’m paying for a Venti trying to take my money. I do not recommend going to this Starbucks so why is that a one is way better Better customer service

Disappointing service. I stopped by for a quick treat on Mother’s Day (cuz I’m an mom) and they just closed their pickup area. I ended up waiting an extra 15 mins and the gentlemen could care less. No apology. I had 2 dogs in the car and he didn’t even offer a pup cup. I asked them if the pick up area was closed, he said yes and slammed the window.

mobile orders are consistently never done on time (i get the notification that its ready and then i still have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes) and whenever there is more than one item its almost always forgotten. Sometimes the service is great, other times its terrible. Some baristas are great and have a great attitude, others look like they would rather be literally anywhere else.

Very good service each time I place a mobile order. My drink is always correct and made quickly!
No more coffee? I watched them make dozens of pink drinks and sugar shakes but the over-watered my $5 Americano? It’s one of the easiest drinks to make.

I never return drinks but I really didn’t like mine, and Ali made me a new drink and she didn’t even make me pay! She also made pup cups for my dogs! So kind! Please give this lady a raise!
