Better off driving to new ulm. Consistently the slowest service I've ever experienced. No listening is done at ordering. Zero sense of hustle from any employees in any of my visits.

I went there to get something to eat. I got my ice cream and then it took over a 1/2 hour to get my food that had been sitting out for the last. I got my food. It was ice cold management just doesn't seem to care along with all the other workers Thor my opinion, this place shouldn't. Even be open. It's Run like a circus And when I Was in there I was the only one and there was one car in the drive through Very disappointing

What an amazing experience! We just stopped with our 40 second graders to end our field trip and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes! The staff was absolutely exceptional and everything ran very smoothly! Thank you ladies for taking such great care of us!

ordered mobile order, took 30 minutes to get to the window, by the time we got to the window we ordered two burger meals two fries and two blizzards, they only gave us our fries and blizzards, our burgers were missing. our fries were cold and disgusting. my Oreo blizzard tasted fruity like the machine wasn't cleaned off, and it took them 10 minutes to get our burgers.
we got a half hearted apology and nothing else... waste of time , money and food.

Ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. Fella at the window was unpleasant, didn’t speak at all except to ask if I had the mobile order. Waited at least long enough for fresh fries to be made but instead got an incredibly hot burger and the nastiest fries. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Like the new remodel, food is super slow, drive thru is full and the kids working are to busy talking n Messing around n not putting food orders together. And the sandwiches are handled with out the workers wearing gloves . Super slow and long wait time for food.
