I am diabetic. Low carbs are better and sauce like mayo are best avoided. I ordered via the app extra patty no mayo. I wanted to leave bun off but couldn't via app. Ordered Coke zero. Arrived let them know I was there. They were somewhat busy. Got a drink cup. Was told no coke zero. Diet Dr pepper was all white no flaver. I told them about it and got yeah. Online showed ice tea asked them & didn't have that. Sandwich had no extra patty lots of mayo. I got a fork started to eat tossed out the bun. Halfway through I heard them in the kitchen talking about my order they said made it with extra patty and was going to make another same order

I have been through this Hardee’s 3 times and they have not marked the sodas diet or regular, as I am diabetic I cannot have to much sugar, so I have not been able to drink my soda due to not being able to tell which is diet and which is regular, also the buns on the sandwiches are dried out and got regular fries instead of curly fries The service sucks except for that one older guy at the window who offered to fix the soda issue for me he is always kind and interacts well
