We were charmed by our visit to Hardee's today. Richard provided welcoming, fun, fast and friendly service at the front. The meal was delicious, too, and prepared just as I requested. Hardee's burgers taste fresh off the grill and are better than those I've paid to have in far more expensive burger joints. Very pleased.
Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. They only had white milk and immediate staff offered to add a little chocolate syrup to make it chocolate milk. Seats had plenty of room between the tables and benches as well. I live near Windom and because of experiences there we rarely go to Hardee’s but myself and the sons I had with agreed we’d stop next time we were in the Sleepy Eye area!
The Assistant Manager on duty had some of the best customer service I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. We ate in and we were able to watch him for about a half an hour interact with everybody that came through the door or came into the drive-thru. He was nothing but smiles and super friendly to everyone!
