On Friday 1/9/25 at about 1:30 P.M. I experienced the most rude and sloppy sandwich artist I've ever seen. Actually acting like must have been on drugs or some medical issues, throwing pans and ingredients around!! Not doing the subway name any favors!!!!!

This is NOT a review of this location. This is a review of the new Subway app. The new app is garbage. The previous version had MUCH better deals. I had worked my way up to the second tier to earn better deals and rewards and now it was all for nothing!!! On top of that, other deals that are advertised don't work anyways. I am no longer ordering. I'll be going to the gas station to get a sub from now on.

Every time I go into Subway®, I order on the app beforehand, and they always end up messing up my whole entire order by giving me the wrong bread and by not adding extra ingredients I had asked for. I’m not the type of person to complain, but this has happened to me every single time I’ve went to Subway here in sleepy eye. I don’t know if it is them closing things up early and trying to get rid of stuff so that they can close earlier, but it is ridiculous. I order a whole hour before they close and they still tell me that they ran out of this and ran out of that.

2ce we ordered online. We ordered our food toasted. What we got, was half done food, but my sons teriyaki chicken was raw. He got sick the first time. The 2nd time was just as bad. I called 10 times to find out why it wasn't right. No one answered. I got there for there not even to be 1 customer in the place. But I was calling from my cell and watched him walk right by it. I was angry. I actually threw the food at him. I didn't know he was a minor but I shouldn't of did that anyway.but I recommend you go somewhere else. If you do go there, I pray you get your order right.
