Baristas are not trained properly on the weight of the product at this location. My latte being super short is annoying. A latte is super to have a thin layer of foam on the top. I deserved a full coffee for the price I paid. Disappointed in caribous training.

Don't usually patronize coffee shops for expensive coffee unless special reason. But any coffee shop is patronized over Starbucks.

They would not give me a refund for a coffee that I ordered on the app. I meant to pick up at a different location. They said they already made it and will be tossing it out without a refund. (They aren't suppose to start making a mobile order before someone even checks in so that would have definitely been very cold by the time i got there). They gave me a number that does not allow me to get over to a rep to get a refund and the lady that answered was rude. I would not recommend this place.

I ordered a coffee canteen 2 days in advance. I arrived to pick it up and wasn’t acknowledged for 4-5 min. When I was able to place my order with Natalie, I waited another 15 min to get the canteen. A little annoying I wasn’t acknowledged and had to wait but nothing to write a review about. I told Breah who was making the coffee that I’d be back for the hot cocoa and was going to put the canteen in my car. She replied in a rude frenzy “I didn’t even know you ordered that!” (I have a receipt that I paid for, along with the canteen and a tip…) I then get the cocoa (I am bringing the canteen and cocoas to my preschool teachers for Christmas and also getting kids to school) and ask if I can have a carrier. She threw her hands in the air and said in the rudest voice “you’re going to have to wait.” I will never return to this location, awful awful customer service.
service was slow. Only 2 people working the evening rush hour shift. They seemed to be short staffed.

Not sure what her name was. But I was so impressed. My wife not feeling well wanted a hot tea. This young lady suggested the hot raspberry hibiscus tea. Excellent choice and brownie points for me. And I ordered the Ho Ho Mocha. She was awesome pleasant and smiled and gave suck a great service at 6 o’clock at night. Thanks again!!
The cashier, Ellie is rude and unprofessional, when I asked her if they had the grilled cheese in sourdough, she rudely replied “what”, which I had to over enunciate for what I wanted. As I was then paying, I was stuttering to ask if I could have my receipt before realizing I could tap for it she began to be more and more dismissive. She gave me my food, then dismissively said I don’t know what you trying to say. This isn’t the first time this happened, i thought it was a mistake at first. She isn’t the first person to do so at this location either. I never had issues at other locations nearby, I won’t be coming back. At this point, anyone that has a speech impediment like myself won’t have the best customer service at this location and to avoid this location.
