Baristas are not trained properly on the weight of the product at this location. My latte being super short is annoying. A latte is super to have a thin layer of foam on the top. I deserved a full coffee for the price I paid. Disappointed in caribous training.

I ordered the new strawberries and cream summer drink. DELICIOUS!!! And a big shout out to Hannah who took our order, she was smily, happy, and had great customer service!!!
Good drive-thru with low to no wait time, at least during the times I've gone. Friendly staff that puts up with me not knowing what I want until I panic pick something.

Don't usually patronize coffee shops for expensive coffee unless special reason. But any coffee shop is patronized over Starbucks.

They would not give me a refund for a coffee that I ordered on the app. I meant to pick up at a different location. They said they already made it and will be tossing it out without a refund. (They aren't suppose to start making a mobile order before someone even checks in so that would have definitely been very cold by the time i got there). They gave me a number that does not allow me to get over to a rep to get a refund and the lady that answered was rude. I would not recommend this place.
