WOW Customer service! We had an event planned tonight for 80 people and with the storms last night, our catering service lost all of our food. Kari and Amy at the Spring Lake Park HyVee were able to pull together a menu last minute AND deliver it to us last minute! They really helped us in a bind. The market grill generally does a good job. It's fast to get in for breakfast on the weekends. But to be honest, it's hit and miss sometimes. Had to go to the diary department to buy my own french vanilla creamer for my coffee, which I was surprised of seeing it Mother's day. I feel they could do that themselves if they were out. The prices are good and the food was good.
I brought the fam to Hy-Vee for dinner since I needed gas ($1.34 off per gallon ?). It was later and after I got my husband and kiddos settled with dinner, I went to order a sandwich from the deli. They were closing up and I figured I was out of luck. Thankfully the two people working took pity on this mama and told me I could be their last customer. Not only did they show extreme kindness for a mama in need, but this sandwich is PHENOMENAL!!!! OMG! They should train everyone...
