Forgot an item on my order .. called them they would only offer in store credit or for me to drive all the way back to the store for their mistake. I would double check to make sure you have your complete order before leaving the store.

This location is proof that time travel exists. It's the only Pizza Hut I've been to in years that tastes like it did back in the day.
Usually no problems. Tonight we ordered and we didn't receive the sauces we paid for... almost didn't want to eat it, the garlic butter pairs so well! Also, the tomatoes were burnt and after closer review, so was the bacon. Didn't even look like there. was tomatoes on it, but did taste them. I called and the worker was kind of rude! He said "We can credit you $10?" I said "Really, thats it?" Or to that effect. The order was almost 30$ He then stated, "Have a goodnight" And completely hung up, without letting me get another word in. So I don't even know if he Gave the credit or not. Granted the pizza was free from points, but it costs a bit to get 300 points. Either way, completely not satisfied with the service tonight.

Love this pizza place. So nostalgic to the original Pizza Hut. Also, you couldn't find a better staff if you tried. Excellent pizza.Wheelchair accessibility: I went in my wheelchair and accessibility was perfect.

We went here for lunch today. We had been hungry for pan pizza and decided to come here. The pizza we ordered was ham and green olive. It was actually pretty good, Its nice to get a hot pizza to eat. This place does have inside seating but you need to order at the counter. They do bring it out to you in a to go box when its done. They have paper plates and plastic ware you take to your table and for take out orders as well.

We decided we wanted pizza huts pan pizza today for lunch. We came to the spring lake park location. You now order at the counter and wait for your pizza. They offer eat in but it's paper plates and plastic ware. It was ok. Lots of take out and delivery. The pizza was good. We got it how we like it we'll done. Thanks

Driver was stupid of not leaving the pizza outside the door and was calling me instead of knocking on my door
