My sandwich was poorly made that. I couldn’t even eat it. I tried to call to complain. They told me there was no Manager for over a week and then when I asked if there was a corporate number she just proceeded to hang up this is not my first time experiencing horrible Guest service there

The best Subway I have ever eaten at. The service is beyond Excellent. I drive to this subway because they are the best. Have the freshest vegetables. I have a Subway closer to my house but there is no comparison. Everyone that reads this must try them. You will never go to any other Subway again. LOVE THEM❤💞💗🤗

Multiple breads and meats were out and there soda machine wasn't working

Just went here at 630pm they say they're out of bread. They close at 10 might as well close early then. Got time to sit on your phone but not proof bread.
Ordered a curbside order at 5:45PM. Went to pick it up at 6:05. Clicked 'I arrived' in the app and waited. After 10 minutes I went inside and realized there were 9 people in line, 3 people off to the side waiting for 'to go' orders and 1 person working. The staffer told us waiting for 'to go' orders that if we didn't want to wait, that we should cancel our orders in the app.
I learned after I left that you can't cancel an order in the app. Someone owes me $30.
I don't even know where to begin - why would you pay to be a franchisee of a subway, create a nice new store, and then completely abandon the employees/not give a crap how it is run?
From the looks of it, this is not a one time deal.

The employees are great, the place is kept clean. The biggest issue is this. The food is great, when you can actually get it. In the last 2 weeks, they have had to cancel my online order because they were out of bread once, and the next time I went in before ordering and they were out of tomatoes and about half the meat options. I tried to call before going up there, but the phone is either busy or no one answers. If the dependability of food being able to be ordered improves and the ability to reach the store via phone becomes possible, I will improve my rating. This is being rated on 11/16/2024.
Vegetarian options: While they have veggies and bread items, I can't speak to the ingredients in the bread or any cross contamination between meat and veg.
Kid-friendliness: Open table and chairs lobby.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Accessible ♿ parking spots are very near the door and it is a very low slope to wheel up to the door. The only thing missing are auto doors.

What happened Subway.Your food your presentation,the amounts.The vegetables are hacked up slop.Teriaki chicken cold, no sauce.feta cheese on my sandwhich.I didn't catch it till I got home you are closed.

99% of the time I come, there is only 1 slow employee attending.
Who is responsible of the management in this Subway location?
Do they hate to work in this location or they are so cheap to pay more employees?
They should take it more seriously.
Clean place but you have to wait 30min to 1 hr for a sandwich.
Put attention for the toppings, they put the ones that you didn't ask for.
Sandwiches are not reasonable anymore.

The young girl working tonight had a horrible attitude. Was slamming stuff down, was tossing/slamming the toppings onto the sandwiches or back into the food bins. The phone rang and she answered it aggressively “HELLO!”, didn’t announce that it was subway. When we asked for our total she rudely responded “I told you $8.$$”. This subway is close to our home but we’ll not be going here again.
