Hey Mark and Donnie, went to your restaurant in Hy-Vee today for lunch. Wasn't too impressed. Ordered the burger with cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard. My husband got the combo with tots the were extremely salty. Nothing special just a regular burger.

I gave this store a one for the grocery store itself. Use caution if wanting to work here. They will do little or no training. SLP police monitor this store as they do not train employees on the selling of alcohol and cigarettes. They have received many citations and you as the employees get to pay them. Do your research and work anywhere else.

Ran out of sweet potato tots, and told us 10 mins after we ordered. Served my no cheese burger with cheese. When the replacement burger came, they ran out of buns and served my burger without a bun. My pb&j burger was served without j ???❌?Mark definitely wouldn’t approve.??

Service was horrible, staff was lazy and refused service to take order due to "shift change" upon ordering all the cooks left and it took over 45 minutes to get a kids meal and a burger. Will not be returning.

I went over there to get a burger, not one single person in line and hardly anybody sitting down and eating but they told me it was a 30 to 40 minute wait. I said forget it and left. I decided to order to have it delivered since I only live four blocks away, and when I tried to order for delivery I was told I was outside the delivery area. What a joke. I ran across the street and got a Big Mac for a fourth of the price
WOW Customer service! We had an event planned tonight for 80 people and with the storms last night, our catering service lost all of our food. Kari and Amy at the Spring Lake Park HyVee were able to pull together a menu last minute AND deliver it to us last minute! They really helped us in a bind. I have always loved HyVee, but then now earned a customer for life and will get all of my catering referrals! Thank you so much!! #amazing #customerservice

Awful Customer Service Experience. The food was hardly worth the pay or whatever this exchange was all about,maybe to poison me! I will NEVER recommend this to a human being that wants to still feel human by just wanting a burger patty this sh!t was a disgrace and I wouldn't even give it to a dog. Cut it out shut it down !
