Lord Fletcher's Old Lake Lodge

My husband and I went here for a date night this past weekend. We made a reservation and were glad we did because it was packed! We were seated promptly and enjoyed the calm, relaxing atmosphere. At the recommendation of our fabulous server Hong, I ordered a side salad (so good!) and we both ordered the salmon/orzo bowl. It was cooked to perfection and so tasty, we both felt full but also light. Our drinks were filled promptly and we so enjoyed our evening together. Hong was so great from start to finish, thank you! Only one thing I’ll note to staff is it was a little warm by the heater! Otherwise great job, we’ll be back!

Fletcher's has a great atmosphere and being on the lake, everyone including the staff are in great moods. The food is usually very good, but always ask the server for their suggestions to get the best experience.

We enjoy Lord Fletchers often, rhis visit wss no exception. The food was great, the atmosphere was wonderful and everything was just right for a lovely fall evening in Minnesota on Lake Minnetonka.

When we go out on a boat ride in Lake Minnetonka with family or friends, we always make sure we stop by for food and beverages. Great food, staff and service is what we always experience when we visit!!

My wife and I enjoyed her birthday evening out at Lord Fletcher, sat in the screened in porch section and had Tom J as our server. By far one of the best servers we've come across. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, and fun! Will for sure be back

Huge restaurant on huge Lake Minnetonka. Boat or drive to it. Festive docks, large deck. Watch the boats coast by.

Lord Fletchers is a big happy place. The ambiance is very pleasant and casual and right on Lake Minnetonka. I meet there once a year with my classmates. We always sit outside where we can mingle and walk around to greet each other. The wait staff is excellent and it is a mystery to me how they keep everyone’s order straight but they do it.

I’ve always loved Lord Fletcher’s, but this visit was very disappointing. The bartender told us we could sit anywhere, only for a server to come over and tell us we couldn’t, citing “crowd control” when the place was nearly empty at 4:00 pm. The manager apologized, but instead of making it right in the moment, I was told they needed to “get the staff’s side.” As a business owner myself, I know policies matter, but so does using common sense and putting the customer first. Sadly, instead of feeling welcomed back, my family and I left feeling unappreciated

I have always enjoyed dining at Lord Fletchers. However the noise level was very problematic dining inside the main dining room. We were a party of four and could not even hear each other as we tried to catch up conversing. I did not find it enjoyable. The acoustics are terrible. Not sure I will go back anytime soon.
