I spent half my life in Texas and I know a thing or two about Brisket and Quesadillas. The Brisket Quesadilla is life changing. I had everything on it including jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. Hands down best I have ever had.

I stopped in for a quick lunch, and... WOW! The food was fantastic (and large portions); the ambiance is stunning; even the men's bathroom is a sight to see. They havent missed a single detail. On top of that, the service was wonderful and cordial. Met the owner -- and what a story. You gotta try 6 East if you're in the area or havent been. Highly recommended!

BBQ done how it should be! sauce served on the side. Dry rub was so good, no sauce was even needed! We met the owner, James. what a great, down to earth guy! Will make this a regular stop along my route!

Owner greeted me and was super nice , the lady who also made my coffee was super nice . I came originally to get a little work done and ended up staying until close ! The atmosphere is so welcoming and comforting . I would highly recommend stopping in !!!
