We spent our Friday of Thanksgiving weekend at 6 East for dinner and 4 on the new golf simulator! What a very fun evening! The food was fantastic for all of us and the golf simulator is top notch! Aerial was great at guiding us on the golf, our service was over the top making sure we all had what we needed! Thanks for a super fun family night 6 East!

Wow, what a gem! Visiting from San Francisco and have already stopped in twice—fantastic coffee in the morning and an incredible lunch. As Austin, TX natives, we were blown away by the brisket and pulled pork. Beautiful space, friendly staff, and food worth coming back for!

I spent half my life in Texas and I know a thing or two about Brisket and Quesadillas. The Brisket Quesadilla is life changing. I had everything on it including jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. Hands down best I have ever had.

I recently visited 6 East Smokehouse & Coffee in Springfield, Minnesota, and had an exceptional experience. I stopped in for a real estate meeting, and from the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the incredibly kind and welcoming staff.
I ordered the smoked sausage breakfast, and the sausage patty was unbelievable—so good that it didn’t even need sauce. That said, I had to try all three sauces, and my favorite was the mustard-forward BBQ, which was absolutely divine. The coffee was incredible, making for the perfect and heavily needed midday jolt.
My friend Matthew had the smoked pork, and he couldn’t stop talking about how great it was and how it made him feel really good—a testament to the quality ingredients and the thoughtful care that James and his team put into everything they serve.
James, the owner, took the time to show me the entire space and even introduced me to the carpenter who built the warm, inviting interior. It’s clear how much community pride and craftsmanship have gone into creating this place.
For anyone from the Twin Cities doing business in the area, make it a priority to stop in at 6 East Smokehouse & Coffee. James is helping build something truly special for the community, and it’s worth experiencing firsthand. Great food, incredible service, and a space full of character—this is a must-visit.

I stopped in for a quick lunch, and... WOW! The food was fantastic (and large portions); the ambiance is stunning; even the men's bathroom is a sight to see. They havent missed a single detail. On top of that, the service was wonderful and cordial. Met the owner -- and what a story. You gotta try 6 East if you're in the area or havent been. Highly recommended!
