I ordered online, and it still showed the Mac and cheese bites. So I added them to my order. It wasn't until I arrived that I found out they didn't have that item. I asked for my money back for that item. Instead, the employees begged me to choose a different item. I went along with them and chose another item of the same cost.

I had not been to an Arby's in a long time. I was surprised to see how friendly the staff was. They appeared to be very efficient.Kid-friendliness: A good all-around family-friendly place to eat.
Good is good for fast food which I don’t normally eat. Arby is an exception I have been here a number of time and have been served right away every time food has been hot all but one time fries wore not real warm. It’s an older place it appears. But it’s kept clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance for wheelchair
