I come to this Arby's a lot I guess today they had an issue because I like on the Reuben sandwich. Both of my buns toasted I received my Reuben sandwich. I wish I can upload the picture. The meat was not 3.1 on top of that they brought me back the same sandwich but reheated it. It was too much smoke coming off of it. You only supposed to put it in the cure for 30 seconds. I told her this is not the right amount of meat. I did take pictures of the sandwich then she told me she could not satisfy me. So do not ever come back to her restaurant which I only come during the daytime, not at night. Then she started laughing and make fun of me and which this was an shift manager. I did let her know I used to work for Arby's. I do know how much meat supposed to go in the sandwich and this was not the correct amount. I am so astonish with Arby's. I know my numbers but I guess that's how restaurants go nowadays. I'm sorry for ever coming to your restaurant or spending my hard for the money

Exceptional gentleman working the counter. I'd worked at an Arby's many years ago and he checked all the boxes,to include having a great attitude. The food was very good. I'd ordered a special (add Swiss and shredded lettuce to a half lb beef) with potato cakes. In my opinion whatever the potatoes are make or break the place. They were fresh/hot. I do wish corporate would go back to using the same salt. I'd love to see them bring back the black cow shake as well. Good restaurant that seemed well managed.

Food was hot. Service was good. I ordered a Rueben meal and I have to say there was very little meat. It was 50% bread, 35% saurkraut & 15% meat. I was disappointed 😞 I usually go the Arby's by HWY 10 & was expecting my Rueben to have that amount of meat. Now I know. I upgraded to a 5 piece jalapeño poppers and they were good. For the $15 I spent I didn't think it was worth it.

I stop by this Arby’s after work, which is around 12:40am, 20 mins before they close.
I’m super appreciative of the crew that works this shift, especially Janessa. She’s always positive, amazingly quick with the food, and brings a light to the end of my night, especially after getting my ass kicked from work.
Also, thank you for making sure the ice cream machine isn’t down 😅
