The Manangement is so unprofessional and rude because my girlfriend and stepdaughter fell and they didn't get a warning at all about the floor being mopped and there was no wet floor on the floor and no worker told them to watch out since they mopped the floor and the Manangement also said they didn't see or hear them when my stepdaughter cried this is unacceptable of the workers and the Manangement I wish I can give this place a zero for all this unacceptable behavior of everyone there

Bring back the potato cake otherwise I'm not ever coming back ! I've been a customer for nearly 50 years , the potato cake is a staple of your franchise and I'm absolutely appalled that you've made the terrible "choice" to get rid of potato cakes and have replaced them with those terrible French fries...every franchise has French fries which set you apart and above the rest of the fast food chains before getting rid of the potato cake . Just look at how well your franchise was doing here just recently when you ran the potato cake for a limited time , every customer that came through your stores were ordering them , so were your employees. Everyone can't be wrong and your customers are seriously trying to tell you something , you should listen to their message because it's blatantly obvious that they want those delicious potato cakes back on the menu once and for all . Forget about those limited time offers and bring them back for good , your business will begin to flourish once again . Your food is awesome , it just doesn't feel complete without those cakes .

Ordered 2 double roast beef meals what i got even if i added them together is not a double add that to ice cold fries and soda that’s mostly water guess im stuck going to burger king Im glad your going to bring it to your store but im still out $30 for food that went into the trash

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a 4pc mozzarella, curly fry and 2 drinks.. ridiculous, not fast or convenient..

Arby's is pretty good value. Though their burger had so much cold lettuce it makes the burger cold and a sloppy wet mess.

As to be expected the food was a small bit greasy, but the employees are absolutely AMAZING! The guy who handled my order was super friendly and more than happy to grab extra napkins when the dispenser was empty! Honestly this is the BEST customer service I've EVER experienced, I WILL be returning again, and I highly recommend stopping in here!
Parking: The building is placed immediately next to a strip mall, so there are more spots available within reasonable walking distance than they have JUST in their lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessible sidewalk leads directly to the door, I do believe I saw the button for the automatic doors too.
Good service and food! Always see people cleaning tables off too which is not something you ever see at a competitor

I was in the drive through around 10:25 tonight & had a great experience. I wish I would’ve got the name of the woman who helped me - she was wearing glasses and was very attentive and polite. Made sure our food was fresh, checked to make sure everything was in my bag and counted my money back to me. She is great, deserves a raise in my book! Hard to find people like that nowadays.
