I stopped there 3 times this week for lunch or dinner and the service is phenomenal and The food is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve tried so many things on the menu and everything has been the best. I will continue to keep going here and we’ll tell plenty of others this is the best place ever.

I went out for lunch and the experience was phenomenal! Service was fast, and our server was super friendly! The wait for our food was fairly short as well! The food was reasonably priced, and it was delicious! Some places charge a lot for a small plate of food, but this is not the case at Arroy! I left feeling very satisfied with my meal! The atmosphere is also super nice! The interior is cozy and relaxing! I will definitely be returning to Arroy!

We ordered pad Thai and pad see ew. Thai tea and wings. We always order these dishes at every Thai restaurant we eat at. The pad Thai and pad see ew tasted the same!! We think the cook used the same sauce to cook both of them. But they definitely didn’t taste anything like pad Thai or pad see ew. The Thai tea was very watered down. The chicken wings had Cajun seasoning on them? Not sure? But they were super sweet. It was an interesting experience for sure! I wouldn’t say it is “Thai food” which is too bad.

We want to like this place being a diverse option in the area, but it has been a bad experience too many times. The atmosphere is like a dusty hot warehouse, and the poor waitresses seem overworked. Takes a long time to order, get your food, get your check… plan a couple hours to eat here for a date night, not exaggerating. Mistakes and forgotten dishes happened every time we went except once, but we feel bad saying anything now because the first time we did the girl told me they have to pay for their mistakes, so we just don’t tell them now… gets expensive though.
The last straw was the greasy cooks smoking cigarettes outside gossiping like high school girls... looked and smelled and sounded gross. Explains why the food takes so long I guess, we won’t be eating it again after seeing the behind the scenes...
We don’t like to complain but have to leave a honest one because things could be improved… just need to get some experienced professional people in there to clean things up.

I ordered their wings because there was a sign that said best wings - it’s not the typical Thai flavored wings I’ve had anywhere else but rather more of a BBQ and Cajun cross taste. The wings were nice and crunchy with a good flavor but kind of too sweet for me (I believe it also had brown sugar in the rub).
My husband got their chicken pineapple fried rice and I was able to sample some- the chicken breast pieces were a bit dry and bland, the rice was just too wet with sauce and it’s way too sweet with brown sugar.
We’ve had authentic Thai food from Houston and Thailand, the Thai food served here did not do a good job representing.
I’d say it’s not a terrible place to eat at but my one visit here enough for me to say I don’t need to return to this place for Thai food.

We waited over an hour for our food. Other diners came in after us and finished eating while we sat there. (We had to get someone's attention just to get our order in.) Finally we asked when our food would be arriving and magically it appears two minutes later. The restaurant was pretty dead so why it took so long is baffling. No apologies from staff and they even asked if we wanted dessert. Who knows how long that would take. We won't be going back.

The food was decent. The service was terrible. We waited an hour for our food. Even appetizers took about 1/2 an hour. Customers came in after us and finished their meal while we sat there. We finally asked the server when our food would be coming and magically it appeared two minutes later. We won't eat here again.

We came in at 6.12 pm for dinner and were seated promptly. But then the wait began! They gave us water. But no one came to take our order for over 15 minutes. My husband had to aak a server if they would take our order. We ordered appetizers ans that took another 15 mins. People who came in after us were being served before us. We had to keep asking id our food is ready. So frustrating! Food is good. Service is baad!

From last experience I said I wouldn’t try this place again due to the terrible service. But I figured let’s try again.
Food is phenomenal!
Service was a little better this time but I will say it definitely still does need some improvement. Don’t be afraid to interrupt us mid slurp asking if we need a refill, napkins, any sauce etc.
Wings are amazing.
Wontons probably the best ones around town! & the sweet & sour sauce? SO GOOD.
“Pho” is also sooo good!
I hope next time I stop in service is better and I can give this place a 5 because they deserve it!
Atmosphere is okay! It is really warm in there though.

I never write restaurant reviews, but, today, something happened that was a real bummer for me. Now, I love Filipino food and my favorite is Pork Ticino. I called ahead to make sure arroy had it before I went to eat. The young girl that answered told me they only sell Ticino on Saturdays for brunch hours only from 11:30am to 1pm. I had just missed the brunch time slot and she still told me that they refused make an acceptation, even if I asked when I got there and paid extra for it. I said that it’s really inconvenient to sell Ticino for only 1 hour and 30 minutes during the entire week. She just said “sorry.” And, that was that. I don’t think this restaurant cares about customer service or satisfaction. WHO SELLS SPECIFIC FOOD FOR ONLY 1.5 HOURS OUT OF THE WEEK?!? That’s not how you make money in the food service industry… that’s how you lose customers. Anyway, I’ll never eat there if this is how they are. Sure, it’s easy to just go and try other foods they may have. But, I’m just not interested in any food they have, if the one thing I wanted, they have, but, just wont serve it to me for another 166 hours and 30 minutes. That’s just bad business, and, on a reality check level, that’s just really stupid.
