The lady inside helped me pick the best bread to match with my fresh strawberry jam and she nailed it!!! The white sourdough cut thin got crispy but was not too crispy and it held up to the jam!! I bought a blueberry croissant and I will be going back to get some more of those soon!! You need to try this bakery out as soon as possible!!

I was fortunate to find this bakery on my way out of St Cloud. I had been looking for a pumpernickel bread that is clean and healthy for a diabetic to enjoy and I certainly found it here. I don't live in MN so I cannot enjoy this type of treat as often as I wish. Cannot find anything like it where I live! How can I get some of your fantastic pumpernickel rye bread sent to me in FL.? I was able to buy two loaves, frozen, one I had to share the other I kept frozen and brought it home with me. Loved every slice.

We stopped in on our way back from St. Cloud. Probably the best croissants I have had in the States. My husband said we might have to make the drive every other week just to stock up on bread and bagels. Delicious baked goods and great service. A hidden gem!
