Yum. ?. These are some of the best croissants I have ever eaten. Flaky, crispy, they are the real deal. It's a small place off the main road....and definitely worth a stop.
Great selection of freshly baked pastries, buns and bread. I like the Wednesday frozen bread specials and stick up for the week.

Had my first impression of Backwards Bread Co. at the St. Cloud Farmer's Market. That day I purchased a pack of the butter buns, pepper buns, Roasted Garlic Sourdough, and two ham and cheese croissants. Once home, wish my boyfriend and I wish we would have bought a couple more croissants as they were delicious. I decided this past Saturday to check out the store and bring home breakfast for the fam.
