We went to the Blue Goose for the first time last night. It was the most popular place we saw all night downtown! And once we sat down it all made sense why. The craft cocktails are done perfectly, and the bartender Julian made sure our drink wasn’t just delicious, but tailored to our taste while giving us opportunity to explore new flavor palates we’d never tried before. 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to go back! Would love to book them for a private party in the future

This is such a hidden gem! From the experience of finding the entrance to the delicious and unique cocktails and learning the history of the space was all so fun. The atmosphere from when we entered takes you back in time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the speakeasy. Will definitely be going back.

Hands down, the most fun we’ve had at a place to eat and drink! It was such a fantastic experience that we recommend them to everyone we know when we find out they will be in St Cloud!The Blue Goose, in our opinion, was the closest to an authentic speakeasy experience one could have. Around Minnesota, at least!I don’t want to give away too many details and spoil your visiting experience, but I will say when you walk into the main building you DO need to let the staff know you are there to visit the speakeasy. And then they direct you to this hidden gem!It was so much fun! The food was delicious. Our service was impeccable. The drinks had such an impressive attention to detail. Right down to the clear ice stamped with a goose! (PS: the smoked Old Fashioned was terrific!) And wow! Just such a great time!
