We celebrated our engagement here on Valentine’s Day, and I honestly don’t even have the words to explain how special they made it for us. From the second we walked in, the service was absolutely incredible, it was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited for us. You could tell they truly cared. Every drink was perfect especially the secret menu fruity pebble cocktail, the atmosphere was romantic without feeling overdone, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our night felt unforgettable. They turned an already huge moment in our lives into something completely over the moon magical. Thank you for making our engagement celebration so meaningful. We’ll never forget how you made us feel that night.

The atmosphere, drinks and food are always all a 10 when we come. The service is always fairly slow which is understandable due to the complex nature of drinks, but tonight was the worst service I’ve ever received in St cloud. With it being a non rushed experience, I usually get welcoming and knowledgeable service from the server or bartender. The server tonight was nice enough for the most part… Although she assumed my personal food was for the table and also messed up my bill, originally telling me it was one amount, then coming back and saying it was actually $25 more, and did not give us an itemized receipt at either point. In hindsight, I should have absolutely asked for the itemized receipt, but I was flustered and just wanted to get out of there- I guess I’m just baffled that printing it out wouldn’t be standard. We waited 40 minutes for the first round of drinks and the food came out prior. We also waited over 15 minutes for the tab and there was no less than 15 minutes in between ordering and receiving any round of food or drinks. To pay $15-$20 per drink and receive horrible service is beyond frustrating. The potential for a great place is there but it’s incredibly apparent that at least more staffing is required.

We arrived with valid ids, yet they said my friends same day print ID was fake. Asked if they could scan it and they said no. They then told us they couldn’t serve us. Get a scanner please. Don’t come here if you have a same day print ID

Used to be one of our favorite spots. Went last night and had the WORST experience ever. It took nearly 15 minutes for anyone to come over to take drink orders and it was nearly empty. Our waitress then rudely asked if we had “papers” to go with our ID because they were vertical. Hint hint WI and ND IDs stay vertical until 27. The manager then came over and made up some law that they would get fined if her served us with vertical IDS and was very rude and snippy. Mind you we had been served their many times before and this is completely untrue. On our way out another staff member cursed at us due to using a wrong door. Overall a horrible experience that ruined our night.

First experience going to the speakeasy, Went here with high hopes and excitement from reading all the 5 star reviews. We got there and thought the entrance was very clever! We sat down and the waitress brought us the menus of food and drinks stated she would give us couple mins to check them out and be back. With in a minute or two we decided what we wanted and put the menus down. Then after 15 mins of waiting and watching 3 other couples /groups come thru the door get served and checked on and served their drinks, there was a few groups but not packed... finally after close to 20 mins the waitress had a another person come take are order that was not taking anyone else's order....we got are drinks and food and everything was truly amazing, we finished are drink and food and waitress walked by a dozen times never said anything or asked if we another drink, so after sitting for another 10 -15 mins after we finished we asked for are tab. I was so disappointed with the service I really wanted to like this place sadly after that experience don't think I'll be back ...
