Placed a takeout order a few hours before wanting to pick up. Knowing that it would be a busy night so I can pick up food and go home after work. Get there and was told it would be another half hour past my scheduled pick up time. Even though I placed my take out order well before hand.

Didn’t get silverware was overcharged poor service got bone in wings when we ordered boneless wings. And it seemed like everybody around us didn’t have water and we’re waiting the entire time we were here we beat the rush.

I love the wings and the atmosphere is very good, except that I am not going to return, it is the second time I am going to eat and it takes an hour to bring something, everything is fried, potatoes and wings, an hour is too long the first time I thought well, maybe they are very busy but the second time there weren't even 5 tables occupied I love it but unfortunately I won't be back

Honestly not a bad experience yet at this location. Sure if it is busy things may be a little bit slower, But in today's world with everybody understaffed that kind of goes with the territory. If things are delayed they will at least stay on top of things and give you updates. The beer and drinks are always cold. Plenty of things on TV, and on warm days the air condition is always working well!

It is a very good place, the food is very good, the service is somewhat strange but it is good, the atmosphere feels good in the same way but there is only one small problem!! IT TOOK 1 HOUR TO BRING ME THE FOOD HOW THE HELL CAN IT TAKE THAT LONG, IT'S LONGER FOR THE PEOPLE THEY CAME AFTER ME THEY WERE ALREADY EATING AND THE WAITRESS ONLY SAID RIGHT AWAY THE FOOD WAS ALMOST GOOD FOOD BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU COMING VERY HUNGRY In conclusion, good food, bad treatment

Went here a couple months and the place is has gone way downhill. It seems they are not adequately staffed to server their customers in a timely fashion. Expect it to take at least an hour after ordering to get your food. With that said, order your food and drinks the first time a server shows up to your table (which will probably 10-15 mins) to save yourself some time. Expect your drinks to be empty before your food arrives and expect to finish your food before getting any type of refill (water, soda, or alcohol).I also witnessed a table with a family of 4. The mother received her food before anyone else. The rest of the food came 10-15 mins later. Maybe there was a reason for this, but they seemed confused.Also, management doesn't seem to care about anything. They appear to be more interested in socializing with people they seem to know instead of checking on their patrons and helping their busy staff with clearing tables.This place needs to shutdown for a month and do a deep clean of the restaurant and staff.

When we asked our server about it he just gave us a goofy smile and said the food all has to be ordered separate and that’s just the way it is. We even exchanged glances and a laugh with another table who had only received half of their food. This was not a one off of bad service-this restaurant is not being managed and after 15 years of being regulars and 3 returns with the same horrible experience hoping it would turn around we will not be back.
