Went through the drive thru I was putting in my order I ask for my hash brown to be fresh and crispy and I didn’t get a response so I thought she maybe didn’t hear me so I kindly just repeated it again and the worker basically snap back at me saying “can’t you read the screen.” The screen is in tiny print and in light orange no I can barely read it. So went to the went to pay and get the food. They only crack the window open basically had to get out the car to complete the transaction and grab my food. Very unprofessional very rude y’all need better workers or more training!!!

I had ordered twice from burger king here in Saint cloud and I'm sorry to say but I don't know what kind of dope they have been smoking but everytime I order they miss like half of the order from my bag when It gets to me. Secondly when I would get a redelivery of the items missing they cancel the order so I can't even get the food that they forgot in the first place. Just crazy levels of incompetence.

This place I swear has one of the rudest managers.. I ordered some food and noticed how dirty the tables were and I asked the manager if someone could come out and clean the tables. He shouted at me and told me that if I wanted a clean table I would have to clean it myself as the restaurant was understaffed

I quit going to this BK because of slow service years ago. Gave them another shot a few months back and was pleasantly surprised, it was fast and the food was good (for BK).
I had a repeat performance 5-6 times, fast forward, 4 out of my last 5 visits the order was wrong, charged 3 different prices for the same thing. The drivethru has been like a slot machine - place a bet, pull up to the window and see what you won or lost.

I went through the drive through and ordered a whopper junior through mobile order on my phone. I saw it get handed to the truck directly in front of me and they handed it back to the employee and the truck was given a larger food bag. I pulled forward and without even being at the window for 1 second the guy working was trying to give me that same food bag that was in the trucks car for at least 15 seconds while they looked around my bad and realized it wasn’t just missing something and it wasn’t even their order. I’ve worked in food service in the past and you are NEVER supposed to take back a bag of food that the customer gives back to you. You either tell them to keep it or tell them to throw it away. I don’t want a burger that’s been touched by multiple people. I told the worker Th at I didn’t want it because it was in someone else’s car and he immediately turned away from me and yelled to the kitchen to remake my burger and then it was practically thrown at me when it was done. He was dude right to my face after I pointed out something that he never should have done. Never going back bc I haven’t had the best experiences in the past and this was my last straw.

I went in at 5:20 ish 02/23/2026. No one was behind the register. One other family was waiting for someone to return from the bathroom.
No one greeted me, acknowledged me…. I waited. The girl filling drive through orders avoided looking at me. The drive through person made eye contact but quickly looked away.
I waited several minutes, nothing. I woild have been happier with a “hello, we will be with you in a moment” or hearing someone say “there is a customer waiting”. Crickets.
I left and went to Arby’s. Three people welcomed me and assisted me immediately.
