Wheelchair accessibility: Looked like it was wheelchair accessible and handicap parking. Came at night time.

I ordered two sandwiches for $5. The price was over $10. I pointed this out to the order taker, and he said that I'm supposed to tell them of the deal before ordering. I told him it's 2 for $5 right on the screen. Where does it say I have to tell you. He said read the fine print. Instead of changing my order he would rather try and make a point. I then said forget the whole thing. He said, FINE GET THE HELL OUT OF MY DRIVETROUGH. I drove up and asked for the manager. The guy at the windows said he was the manager. I told him that I was told to get the hell out of his drive through . He said I know, I Said it. I asked him why he would talk to a customer that way and he said he was disrespected. I didn't argue with him. I never raised my voice or cursed at him. How could I disrespect him? If a manager speaks this way to a customer in front of his employees , what message is he sending? The manager said his name was REILLY, and as long as he works there I will take my business elsewhere.

Went in for a quick bite Togo. Never felt so unappreciated in my life. The order taker female acted like it was a problem I chose to stop. I truly understand why so many of them are shutting down. They care so little for us as people. Thought it was worth the stop before now thinking Culver's and others around them from now on. At least the whopper and chicken sandwich tasted great. Only possitve of spending the gas.
Sloppiest Burger I ever got from there it was the fiery Burger and my bun was just soaked and fiery sauce didn't even taste good and that's a good sandwich if it's made correctly
I placed my order in the Drive thru and from the beginning of my order to being given my food the entire process was excellent. My orders on 11/4/24 & 11/5/24 during the evening were all very hot and very fresh. The employees were very nice and welcoming, they made it feel like home. I definitely recommend this BK location 100% with its A+ Staff.

Great location and service. I have a little one and the high chairs being on wheels is a plus. Wish they had a play area but they are always so kind to us and my little one either gets an ice cream or a cookie everytime we visit love it!

i eat here on the daily. never do they mess up fries are on point every time, everything is clean decorated cute and everyone is so nice. benton drive location needs to take some notes from u guys. i also pick up orders here when delivering for doordash and uber eats, and never any issues, always made it fresh but made it quick!
