It would be great to know of any up-charges before finding out about them on the receipt. My daughter was asked if she wanted mini marshmallows on her and her brothers cookies n' cream kids drink. Then I find out it would be over a dollar for them each. We came to do homework and have a treat after second week back to school.

Kid-friendliness: I always feel like some coffee places have the "Library Quiet" type of vibe, but this Caribou Coffee location is Not that, but the kids and I still used the conference room while it was not being used.

I went there and employees are nice but they need more training. there lacking in experience with certain things on the register so for anyone who has questions about there points or app don't ask them. because like I said there really lacking in experience I work for a caribou coffee shop myself and i myself have more experience then them and know much much more then them. 1 star for this caribou coffee shop

I went through the drive through. The device they use to take card payments is scratched up and hard to read. Asking for a tip, where you have to 'touch' the screen to allot a tip. I dislike this. Those devices seem intrusive already. And were created to be touchless. Since you are forgoing the contectless procedures put in place during Covid, can you get rid of the cc machine on the end of a stick all together?
