Stop in at the St. Cloud location off hiway 10. Went thru their drive thru for a Cappuccino. Had to wait a little bit due to the fact there were 3 vehicles head of me. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The last two times that I went here the customer service was poor. This last time, I ordered my standard drink that I get every single time I go to caribou. Generally it always tastes the same, a caramel latte with coconut milk, this time, my drink was made 2/3 of the way full (it was a medium but the size of a small) and it tasted nothing like it normally does. There was no sweet caramel taste at all. I asked to make sure it was what I ordered. The man at the register offered to remake it but then the barista stormed out at me at the window very threatening questioning me. They did remake the drink but the way they went about it was unprofessional and aggressive. I was not rude nor aggressive, I simply asked a question. The drink should taste the same as always. If I’m paying $7 for a drink it should be the size and taste of what I expect. Please be more kind and professional.

I was asked if want milk— I said I want almond milk. They made drink with milk. Clearly I can tell as customer. I asked for almond milk- do drink as requested! Thanks!
Dietary restrictions: Milk does not agree with me - causes loose stools. Well that is what I received,

So bummed this location does not have the lemon bread! I got a raspberry white chocolate scone and the texture was odd. It almost felt like it had mold on it.
My drink was not filled up to the top, but was a good inch below it, (in THIS ECONOMY?!) which was disappointing based on how much specialty coffee drinks cost.
