The staff really go above and beyond! I had the unfortunate luck of experiencing my car die in the middle of their drive thru during this cold spurt and heavy snow. I was so embarrassed but the staff immediately put together a quick plan to help. We got the car pushed out of the way and tried jumping it. Sadly for my car it seems like there's a bigher issue, but the staff were amazing and with no hesitation to help! I'm very thankful and appreciative of them on this cold morning!

I went to the drive through and ordered a simple coffee with French vanilla creamer. What I received was a coffee with French vanilla syrup. If that’s all you have is syrup and not creamer maybe you should let the customer know before just throwing that garbage in the coffee and just sending it out so they can make the decision to just have it black. Thanks for ruining my morning coffee!

Went through the drive through today, ordered a caramel oat milk shaken espresso. My drink came out curdled. We went inside to ask for our drink to be remade. The staff said she personally made the drink & that, that is how the drink is supposed to be made. Refused to remake it or give us a refund. Coffee tasted burnt/old on top of it all. Unfortunately this has been the third time this has happened to me. Other Coffee stores in the area have never had curdled oat milk. but this store always never disappoints to. They have lost all of my business. Back to Starbucks it is.

I'd give 0 stars if I could!!Our last few experiences have been not-so-good.This afternoon we came through I ordered a small cooler. She said $5.59. When we got to the window she said $6.15. I said you gave us two prices and she was rude. When she reached out to give us change she didn't make sure his hand was out she just dropped it. Most of it went on the ground. She didn't say she was sorry. And we couldn't pick it up. There's not enough room to open your door and we had a car behind us.I wasn't mean at all I just asked about the two prices. If that's all it takes to upset her and make her be so rude she shouldn't be working with the public.Also a few weeks ago we went thru the drive-thru I ordered a caramel cooler. A young man was helping me. The drink he served was barely frozen so I took it in to get a new one. He was upset and not so gently threw it away and mumbled something to the lady he was working with while he remade it.Again if this is all it takes to upset an employee they really shouldn't be there...They need more training if they think the way they acted was appropriate behavior.I'll probably be going to the other Caribou down the road... I don't want to be treated like that!
