I got amazing service from the members on staff Sin and Paige! Sin was very helpful and courteous when helping me understand the drinks available. I was able to find something I very much enjoyed. The coffee was very delicious and was made fast! Overall had a great experience, would recommend!

The chai latte was a little weak even though I added an extra half shot of Chai. The staff was great and seemed very knowledgeable about their products. Next time I'll have to order something else or try a full extra shot of chai

This Caribou is my typical go to because of location, the staff are always friendly but there has been times where mistakes have occurred with orders. While staff apologize and will remake a drink if there was an error, ideally wouldn't happen.

Been waiting in the drivethru since 7:30am, one person in front and no one behind until 10mins later. 15mins goes by and I didn't get what I ordered. The excuse I got... I was taking orders. What orders when there was no one for 10 mins?
